Our 2 night stay in a double room with en-suite at Greystoke House was fantastic. The room, en-suite, and other facilities were very well kept, the breakfasts were great with good choice, and Jon & Emma were fantastic hosts. Very convenient location for walks and to get to the amenities in Keswick. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Staying with Jon and Emma was amazing. Everything was wonderful, delicious breakfast, beautiful room, comfy bed, fantastic location for the lake, local hiking, shopping and heading out on the town. They were so lovely and even gave advice on local hiking routes and activities. The place is an absolute gem and I plan on returning soon! Book it now....you won't regret it!

We stayed as a family for 2 nights and I honestly don't think we could have found a better place to stay. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean, large and setup great for the 3 of us and the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time. The hosts were there to meet us at breakfast and were friendly. We will definitely be staying here again without a doubt. 

I have been staying at Greystoke House over many years, whenever I visit Keswick. Jon and Emma are excellent hosts, who always make me feel very welcome. Greystoke House is maintained to a very high standard. The rooms are very comfortable. The cooked breakfasts are outstanding. Greystoke House is very convenient to all the many amenities that Keswick offers. I hope to continue to visit Greystoke House on many occasions in the future.

I had a fantastic stay The location is ideal. John and Emma are such lovely hosts, Greystoke House is extremely clean and welcoming place with an amazing breakfast! I would certainly return for another stay next time I visit the Lake District

Grateful to the Greystoke for stepping in at the last minute after a previous booking elsewhere was cancelled.A quiet location but close enough for walking into the town. No problems booking in or during the 3 days stay. Beware of the big breakfasts - you may not want to move afterwards - but they set you up nicely for the day of exploring the area. A great view from the street on a crisp sunny day.

An amazing place to stay in Keswick. Amenities were of very good quality and as expected, room was cosy but very quiet and comfortable. It is a double bed. Check in via mobile was very easy and instructions clear and easy. A great place to walk around the town. Many thanks

Amazing place to stay

Thank you Jon and Emma for another wonderful stay at Greystoke House.

First trip to Keswick but not the last.

Great location, 5 minute slow walk into Keswick centre. Beautifully decorated and clean B&B with really friendly owners. Loads of choice at breakfast with a really easy online order form. We had a self check in during our stay due to the owners having a family emergency but this was incredibly easy and hassle free.Bed was comfy if not a little bouncy which did impact my sleep everyime my partner rolled over. The ensuite shower was lovely and hot and powerful. Would definitely recommended this B&B to others and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Keswick.

Great location in Keswick

Excellent room for the 3 of us and probably the best shower I have had.  Good supply of teas and coffee, beds very comfortable, slept really well it was really quiet.  The breakfast was fantastic, excellent choice and so filling, had to reduce days 2 and 3 as couldn’t manage to eat it all (that is not a criticism, spicy sausage not for me as I prefer plain pork sausage but it is a house specialty so no criticism. Had a bit of a problem with use of QR codes but easier to order breakfast on the pad in the hall (probably due to our ages). Owners very friendly and helpful.  It was really nice to have a drying room for our wet walking gear, something I have not had in other B and B’s in Keswick.  All in all great accommodation and we are booked in again for next year, pity about the weather but we can’t blame the B and B for that!

Been coming here at new year for the last few years.
Jon & Emma are so welcoming and everything is how you would want in a B&B.
Great English Breakfast to start the day.
Great location with a 5 minute walk into town.
Rooms are spotless with crisp clean bedding.
We have booked again for next new year and already looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic New Year Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Greystoke House and felt really welcome. The location is ideal for Keswick and its just a 5min walk away from town. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and the breakfast was excellent and there was lots of options to choose from when ordering.  We will definetly stay here again when we come back to the area

Really Nice Stay

Lovely room with a hot powerful shower, dog friendly.Breakfast ordering was easy to use and a good idea so you can order exactly what you want,when you want it. .There was an option to have a takeaway breakfast which was ready at the time requested.The owners were friendly and helpful.We will definitely be back.
