The staff at this hotel were second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure that my dad’s needs were met, and that meant changing his room so that he had wheelchair access. The chalets were so lovely and spacious and nicely decorated. Sadly I experienced a bereavement whilst on holiday here, and the staff were so kind and understanding and even offered to put my holiday on hold so that I could continue my holiday at a later date… how’s that for customer service? Thank you Donna and the team!
