Nice hotel, food was decent and the drinks although limited were a good price and was good quality. Staff were really good, had a few laughs during the 3 months i stayed here.
Will be returning at some point for another week, looking forward to staying over again

Big shoutout to the 2 people on reception, didn’t catch their names but one a young guy and another dark haired lady. Great welcome upon arrival to the hotel, great credit! Rooms slightly dated but I’m sure I’m not the only one who is hoping for a refurbishment to the hotel (all staff and guests I assume).

Room was exactly what I expect from a premier inn and was incredibly comfortable.

I would love to make a special mention about a staff member called Chelsey. She made our stay absolutely brilliant. Cheerful and incredibly helpful during our time there and just an all round fantastic representative of your company. A wee star so she was !

Where do I start been staying at premier inn for the last 5 weeks and to be honest the service has to be by far the best yet bearing in mind I stay at premier inns min 6 months a year for business purposes, the team members jack ,Leanne and Chelsey they can’t do enough for me, outstanding service there is another team member apologises I can’t remember his name. He know who he is lol.The hotel is well maintained very clean I’m actually can’t find no faults with this hotel  or the staff all I can say is thanks for making my stay that extra bit special

Great stay with the Premier Inn, as always the bed was so comfy, the room was clean and in an excellent location. The one thing that really stood out was the staff. We were welcomed by Chelsea who was so nice and friendly, honestly couldn't do enough, even offered to help me to my room when my hands were full. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and always said hello. Thank you for a fab stay.

Great location with multiple restaurants in vicinity catering for all. Very quiet at night. Staff were courteous and polite throughout and friendly. Close to main motorway for heading north and south, rosyth, Edinburgh etc

Clean and just as it should be from this hotel, this is the second time stopping here as it was just as enjoyable especially after a 8 hour drive. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Had a small issue with noise and staff handled it very professionally and made us feel at ease within minutes. Good food, great location and very welcoming 

Excellent place that ticks all the boxes. Clean, efficient, polite and the chef is outstanding.
I had three nights there and started my day with a full English  that Dr me up for whatever laid ahead.
Returning after work I had some wee presented and carefully prepared delicious food.
I'll be back!!!

Another great stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, although does need a refurbishment as it is starting to look a bit dated. The staff are friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant next door is busy and would advise to book a table.

Had a large booking for around 20 people. Arrived at 6pm, served by Annie who was v patient. Can’t fault the service provided. Room standard of travelodges. Wasn’t too busy for a Friday night when the World Cup was on

Chelsea is a Star!

Stayed here for business trip to Leven but nearer Glenrothes and St Andrews hotels were much more expensive and more than I was willing to pay. 

Great location on retail park with lots of different food and drink options if you didn’t want to eat in the adjoining restaurant. 

Food in restaurant was good, breakfast great next morning and had the added bonus of BT Sports so could see the  Champions League games. 

Comfy and clean room, will definitely be back.

Stayed here a few times over the years, place needs a bit of tlc now, our room this trip was needing upgrades, we had small tv with a crack in the side of it an a temperamental shower, also bed wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been, we will be back as it’s a good location
