Travelodge Ilminster

We stayed here on Saturday night after attending a wedding locally. I really didn’t think we’d get much sleep having read that it can be very noisy there. I can honestly say we had no noise whatsoever, we were in room 10 on the ground floor.
The room was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable and the white towels were really large.
The staff were helpful, a special thank you to Kacie on reception. 
We found it to be great value for money.

Lovely welcoming and helpful staff at this Travel Lodge, day and night, and a high standard of cleanliness. Comfy beds, fresh towels, plenty of spare teas, coffees and milks at the front desk to help yourself to or replaced in the morning if you hang the sign for clean towels and refills on your door.  Basic but easy, a great little place to use as a base for exploring the area.
We also didn’t have any problems finding a place to park. Even though it's also a small services, there were spaces free during the night (2nd week in July).

Good location within walking distance to The Stonemasons a Marston pub. Also enough onsite for catering and a small coop store at the garage. Hotel has 2 floors but no lift.  We requested a ground floor room which we were granted. The staff here go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. 

The staff were so attentive and went out of their way to help me and my Autistic Son.
They went above and beyond when he was distressed, finding a solution very quickly and calmly with no bother at all.

My son calmed down very quickly and we were able to continue my day.

Staff at this particular Travelodge were absolutely five star, thank you so very much. 

We use this hotel regularly to visit an elderly relative.  As usual we were made to feel very welcome.  The staff here are excellent.  Nothing is ever too much trouble.  Attentive and courteous. It is in a quiet location but with amenities close by. 

The receptionist was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. The hotel had really comfortable beds I had a great night sleep and it’s really convenient that burger and greggs are right next door   

Well located for a trip to South Somerset and the National Trust properties nearby, or to break a long journey to the South West. Clean and very good value, and can always pop into Ilminster for breakfast if you don't fancy Gregs nextdoor.

nice halfway stop from london to cornwall, only stayed one night nothing bad to say, bed was comfy shower was clean burger king and shell just around the corner, ash at reception was very kind and helpful and recommended i tried out the stonemasons in ilminster which was lovely, cant complain just a nice budget hotel

We stay at this Travelodge frequently in order to visit my uncle. The staff are particularly helpful here. All of them, and especially one lady by the name of Jill.  She has been there a long time. Nothing too much trouble and a credit to Travelodge. 

I was pleasantly surprised by this travelodge, the room was light and airy, clean and comfortable. It was lovely to be able to bring the dog. The accessible room was great, lower beds, wet room. The shower was great and the beds very comfortable.

Exceeded our expectations.

Really nice place to stay

Instant help with my Autistic Son. 

An incredible deal for 3 nights whilst visiting family. Booked with some trepidation but exceeded expectations. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy parking,Greggs and Burger King on site. Monks Yard very close by, good for nice food. Jill on reception was very helpful and friendly. All credit to Travelodge.

Standard Travelodge a couple of miles out of town just off the main road, everything was as it should be apart from no shower gel in the dispenser. The room was clean and comfortable. Would use again.
