Unfortunately was the only available accomodation that time we found in the area. Everything was filthy, room was dirty, hair al-over the bed, small rubbish on the carpet and toilet also dirty.
When we mentioned the problems to the staff, didn't make an attempt to change this situation and help us.
I do not recommend this hotel, stay away!

Terrible

Unfortunately we managed to book this accommodation without doing too much research and were due to stay here on Saturday 2nd September. In the event we elected to drive over 100 miles home rather than stay in this pig sty. 
Where do I start.... the room (No.3) was filthy and smelled really damp. The tiny window in the corner of the room let in very little light and would not even close. The shower curtain fell down as soon as I entered the bathroom and couldn't be put back up as it was torn to shreds. The bedding was also filthy, as was mattress, which you could see through the sheet as it was so thin! The towels supplied were also stained. 
The plug for the kettle had been dismantled and left without the back but luckily enough the fuse was missing otherwise someone could have plugged it in and been electrocuted. There was only 1 dirty cup and a spoon, nothing else!
The only furniture in the room was a dark wood display cupboard and there was nowhere to hang any clothes at all. 
I have of course emailed my complaint (as instructed) but have not had any response, nor did anyone return my call to the emergency number listed on the booking. The booking information also stated that you should pay for parking within 10 minutes of arriving, I can only assume this is a ploy to encourage people to stay once they’ve seen the room.
 I do not usually write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience to hopefully avoid anyone else suffering the experience we had.
Finally, can I suggest you Google the owners of this accommodation and you will not be surprised at what you find!

Not fit for animals!

Booked here at short notice as everywhere else was full.  Really wish I hadn't bothered!  The place was so unwelcoming as no staff on at all.  Just find your own room with a code to enter it.  The room was terrible.  The shared bath room was a mess and shared with people in rooms across the yard as their en-suite toilets were not working.  You have to pay for parking through a separate company.  We changed cars before going so I emailed to tell them (as in the contract it states how you get fined if you have not paid and car identified by number plate).  I sent two emails and they could not be bothered to reply.  So if they try to take £50 quid off me I will take them to court!!!

Tried to stay here, but after 2 cards declining by the hotel ended up staying elsewhere in a much nicer place. Tried to sort out the card issue by phoning them, in doing so had to deal with one of the rudist people! They do not care about you staying, very unhelpful!!

Couldn't stay and glad!!

We were expecting a quite cosy room in a beautiful village, but we couldn't have been more wrong!
Bin was full of rubbish, the bed was full of hairs and stains! The carpet was filthy, the toilet seat covered in urine, a child's toy was in one of the mugs! The outside was a total dump! Littered with rubbish, the sign laid on the ground.
There is no one on site, management are some 30 miles away. Couldn't get hold of anyone to complain. Worst place we have ever seen. I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs.
