Nice secure parking available
Room nice, very warm for this time of the year. Bed was extremely comfortable, I am sure we booked the standard which was more than adequate. Smiley chatty receptionist on arrival. Cooked breakfast was lovely enjoyed it! 

Lives up to it's name 

Tired looking property from the outside and inside. Room layouts offered to us were poor with very low bulkheads. Bathrooms not clean and in poor condition. Little natural light, no views. This is a hotel suitable for workers but not couples

Tired and Poor Rooms

This is the 3rd visit to this hotel and the standards are not what they were the past 2 visits. The biggest criticism is that the room was always cold and we couldn’t get it past 19.5 c. I had rung the hotel a week before arriving and said I would need a ground floor room as we both had mobility problems, when I duly arrived with my walking stick the receptionist told me I was booked in an upstairs room, so obviously whoever took my call did nothing about it. However after waiting for 10 minutes we were allocated a room , right at the end of the building ! Which entailed a route march to the room and also back to the restaurant. The WiFi was rubbish and the usb port in the room didn’t work. However apart from that the staff we saw were friendly and helpful as were the staff in the adjoining beefeater restaurant .grub excellent 

A slight slip in standard 

Good parking. Lovely staff. Room great. Fab comfy bed. Room very clean.  Good having blackout curtains. Unlimited tea and coffee for Room. No noise. Plenty storage with hangers.Friendly reception staff. Really could not ask for better. Great. The breakfast was very good with nice staff 

Great

The room was damp and dirty we had to cancel the second night at Dunstable. My partner did not sleep and woke up with a chest infection. We had to cancel our second night and get a full refund just awful 

Very poor bedroom damp and dirty

The hotel was fine, the receptionist Renata has ben very available and nice she helped us a lot. She helped us with an issue with room numbers and she provided her plug in adaptor. Very Lovely! Treatment!!!!Thanks Renata keep doing like this

Premier inn

We stayed for one night and the evening reception lady was so friendly, as were all the staff. We had sweets left in the room for our little boy, it was a lovely touch we’ve never had at a premier inn before. The hotel was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend

Very Friendly!

The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was great with plenty of powerful hot water. Friendly staff on check in, would recommend staying there. Great location for the M1. Plenty of parking available. 

Good standard as always with premier inn

I stayed at this Premier Inn on a five night stay visiting family. I booked 5 Premier Inns in a row and this was the best of the five.

I used to live in Dunstable, and the Halfway House Beefeater is one of the few remaining historical buildings in both Dunstable and Luton (of which the Halfway House is named because its between the two towns). So it was interesting to see what it was like and if it was still as it was. Of course it wasn't, but it didn't matter. 

The room was fine. Like the others, it really needed air-con, but air-con at a Premier Inn is the exception, not the rule. The other four hotels I stayed own on this trip all had electric heaters only, which when the roof temperatures averaged 30 degrees, are really not needed!

Beefeater restaurant is fine, service okay. I asked for a remote table as I was on my own, which I was given, but it was next to a couple with a baby that screamed throughout my meal, so I went for a main course only and left.

There's a Tesco opposite if you want a snack, but not much else. It is the nearest hotel to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital if you need to overnight before or after a visit there.

Perfectly adequate, and in the upper 50% of Premier Inns for cleanliness.
