Lovely stay in number 2 the stables. Lovely cottage set in a beautiful gated site. There are a few steps down a hill to get to the cottage but once you are down the cottage is very big and all on one level. Two good sized bedrooms, the main has an en-suite and you have a main bathroom too. 
The lounge/dinning room and kitchen is all open plan which makes it perfect. Everything you need for a holiday like home. This cottage has a hot tub too which was lovely after a day out exploring. 
We have stayed at the valley a few times and love it, even out of season. The bar,restaurant and the pool are closed out of season. 
Cornwall out of season is lovely but a lot of places are closed, this did not stop us finding new places meeting up with friends the weather was good as well.

A wonderful welcome from Lauren and her team awaited us! Our cottage was spotless and the doggy welcome packs a lovely touch! We think the dog tags are one of the best ideas. 
Lovely on site restaurant and food was great! Big portions so visit hungry.
Dogs enjoyed the enclosed park, woodland walk and wash station for after a muddy walk.
A fab base to explore Cornwall - we had the best time!

Once again we have been well looked after by Lauren and the valley team.  My only criticism on this occasion is:: the inconsiderate visitors and the locals'  passing  through the site that do not clear up their dog mess. 
Pleased to see that the valley now  ha a dedicated dog enclosure. 

Quiet, comfortable and extremely relaxing. Stayed in one of the dog friendly cottages, which on arrival we found to be spotless. Not a sign of previous doggy visits.
The resort was extremely safe, nice walks for the furry friends ,swimming pool was a bonus.
Would love to return.

Excellent accomadation, clean and modern, the site is in really good condition and well maintained. Lauren in reception has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay has been faultless. There are some nice country walks around the site. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues during the week but they were resolved straightaway.
I would recomend the Valley for a relaxed stay.

We enjoyed our week in cottage number 42. It was very clean & comfortable. It was well kitted out in the kitchen.
We were made very welcome with a lovely welcome pack.
My Granddaughter, was very pleasantly  surprised with her Halloween bowl .of goodies

Our first visit and it was lovely.
Modern and very clean dog- and family-friendly accommodation. The house was perfect for a family with an enclosed garden for the dog. The customer service is fantastic - from receiving a lovely warm welcome on arrival to a goody bag and a lovely goodbye on leaving. I think the reception ladies are called Lauren and Pariss and they are just so good at their job! 
There’s a great designated dog walk and lots of bins around.
The only downside we found was that the Azura cafe bar was closed Saturday and Sunday which was 2 of 3 days of our stay but the 1 night we did manage to go, the staff were lovely there too.
Had so much fun in the games room. Didn’t get chance to swim but both pools looked great.
Would definitely recommend this place.

We checked out this morning from our stay in a Croft cottage - we’ve already arranged our dates for next year! 

The accommodation was so clean and welcoming, the nicest holiday house we’ve ever had. The beds were really comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the welcome food hamper was filled with lovely local goodies. The daily leaflet through the door giving recommendations of local outings, the weather etc was a fantastic touch. 

The children loved the pool and playground. The pool booking system actually worked really well. Next time we will try out the squash courts. Lots of toys/games available to borrow from reception which means next time we don’t have to pack so much! 

An excellent base for a Cornish break but chilling in the lovely cottages is just as enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and just wanted to say that all the extra touches did not go unnoticed. Halloween cookie decorating for the children and a Halloween hamper was delivered to our door, with pumpkins, carving tools, painting kits, sweets! The kids were so happy! 

This was a return visit with my two dogs. The pet friendly accommodation is exceptionally clean and well maintained. There were delightful welcome gifts for me and my poochies. The staff are welcoming and friendly.  The location is well placed for exploring Cornwall.  Although late in the season, the leisure and dining facilities were still available.  Highly recommended.

Reluctantly on our way home from a stay at this delightful place. This was our 5th visit, all previously as a couple, this time with our 1 year old. We just love the valley. We stayed in the Croft with the hot tub which was brilliant as once we put our baby to bed it meant we could enjoy the hot tub with a glass of bubbly. The plastic glasses are a great touch. 
Lovely to see they have all been updated and kept to the 5* standard over the difficult covid times. We couldn’t fault our stay again, apart from the rain all week! The new park and swings were great for our little girl. Used the indoor pool everyday and the new booking system is a good idea.
The restaurant wasn’t open while we were there but totally understand why, as there were only a few lodges with people in. Would have been nice to have a drink/nibbles after swimming so maybe worth thinking about opening the bar for a couple of hours in the early evening? It didn’t bother us that much to be honest. The staff are always really helpful and can’t do enough to help you. 
We’ve re booked again for next year but this time for 7 nights! If your thinking about booking you won’t be disappointed.

Lovey cottage, lovely location perfect in all ways

Lovely dog friendly stay

Friendly bar and resturant on site but not open every night. But good food and decent choice of drinks.

It was our second time there, the staff is very helpful and welcoming making us feel very quickly at home.
The pool facility is easy to book and the outdoor pool is very warm during the summer months. The restaurant on site is great when you don’t feel like cooking.
Overall a gem of a place we will definitely be back.

Second time at the Valley having enjoyed the first visit so much pre Covid

This is a quiet, small collection of holiday cottages located close to Truro and Falmouth making it an ideal base for a holiday. 

Cottages are clean and well equipped. 

On site restaurant opens only some nights and in all honesty could probably do with a little TLC, the food we had there was very good though. 

On site facilities were good. The recently introduced booking facility for indoor pool is great when you secure a booking but does make it more difficult to actually use the facility. 

Reception staff were very friendly and generally very helpful. 

I expect we will be back when we next holiday in Cornwall

Lovely Setting for a short break

Our stay here really was everything we hoped for. Ease of booking started the holiday the right way, warm welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our trip, followed by an exceptionally clean, homely cottage for our stay. 
Sometimes you do not have to travel far to have an amazing holiday and with their facilities, locality to the best of Cornish beaches and attractions, it really just ticked all the boxes for a great few nights away! 

Thank you The Valley - we will most certainly be back!
