We were made to feel extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble

Great pubs nearby too was a bonus 

Breakfasts were great and an ideal location for exploring the Dales

Spent two nights at this beautiful bed and breakfast in breathtaking peaceful countryside. Close to Grassington and central for travel to other dales. The owners could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Lovely breakfast. Extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would someday love to stay again!!

Just had 3 nights at Warren House, our second  visit.
Wonderful quiet location, great facilities and lovely hosts. Excellent plentiful tasty breakfast served with a smile. 
This place is a little gem and ideal location for Yorkshire Dales. Great walking near by.
We will return.

My wife, 9 month old and I stayed at Warren House at the end of August for two nights. I've stayed in a lot of places but I have rarely come across better hosts who went out of their way from booking through to checkout. Having heard we were doing the three peaks we were given every flexibility we could possibly have dreamed of and location wise it could not have been much better. I would thoroughly recommend Warren House and hope to return again!

Just had a 2 day break with friends at this amazing B&B what a wonderful setting and fabulous accommodation. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were beautifully presented with our own kitchen area and restful and comfortable lounge. Everything was wonderful , the breakfast amazing with lots of local Yorkshire produce and every room was really clean and sparkling! Great location close to little villages with facilities to shop and eat out and of course enjoy the wonderful scenery ! I will definitely be returning ! 5 Stars all the way !

We felt very well looked after and really appreciated the owners understanding around booking uncertainty during Covid times.
Breakfast set us up for full day walks in the stunning dales all around.
Room was cosy and spacious, with good facilities.

We had a brilliant stay in the Garden Suite at Warren House. It felt like a home away from home thanks to the warmth and service of the hosts, the style and comfort of the room, and the stunning location. Couldn’t recommend this place more. A very safe place to stay during covid.

Stayed here back in March before lockdown and had a lovely trip! Unfortunately our break away was cut short due to one of us falling poorly due to some dodgy food we had eaten a couple of days before however the owner was great with us! We couldn't praise this place enough. Location is amazing, plenty to see and explore within a short drive. Really handy for Skipton! The building itself is beautiful. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we have never felt so comfortable in such a short space of time before. We only wish we got to enjoy the full weekend before it was unfortunately cut short. We hope to come back and visit another time to make up for it!

Warren House is a delightful B&B - we had the pleasure of staying in the Superior Suite which was just lovely. Plenty of space and lovely views outside. Breakfast was delicious and a lovely set-up. Beautiful walks on the doorstep or a short drive away and some Great pubs close by - would recommend the Queens Arms in Litton. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming - would definitely stay again! Very glad we managed to get this in before the strange self-isolation era began!

Just had the pleasure of staying 2 night's in this fabulous guest house.Nick and Kate the owner's,are very welcoming and friendly.Stayed in the Garden Suite,which was a lovely room,with amazing views out onto the fields.The breakfast was excellent,with plenty of choice..would highly recommend and would love to return in the Summer.Thankyou,Andy & Angela xx

Kate is the nicest person ever, she made me and my wife feel so welcome and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with amazing views, the breakfast is hot and delicious, fresh biscuits and milk in our room every day, great location with stunning views. Excellent value at that price. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Amazing!

I think the best description of this place is proper northern hospitality! Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who are truly lovely people. The breakfast was delicious (fruit, yogurt, cereal, tea, coffee, toast and full English), and even catered for me being vegetarian. The rooms are a good size with double bed, ensuite, tea and coffee and tv. Very reasonable price. And we got lots of directions and maps for walking in the amazing surrounding countryside. N.B. Baxter the dog is lovely as well.
