Staff all really friendly and helpful however the hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC. The flush on the toilet in our room was damaged and the bathroom flooring had gone a bit bumpy. Overall it was a lovely stay but I think this particular premier inn needs a bit of money spending on it

Friendly staff but needing repairs 

Staff were very friendly, they were very helpful and the check in process was quick and easy. 
The room was very clean, it was well equipped.  The car park had plenty of spaces and it was easy to park. We had a lovely time and will definitely return. 

Premier Inn, Ebbw Vale is cited in a majestic valley, dwarfed by imposing mountains on all sides. The hotel is fairly new, quite large and obviously run very efficiently. Everything was clean and check-in was short and sweet. Rooms were a little difficult to navigate as it was a large hotel but there are signs everywhere. Generally as a lone female I felt safe and enjoyed a good sleep in the comfortable bed. Heating and lighting were adjustable. Everything else you would expect was in place.

Hit the Spot

We have been here before and always come back because we love the location, the fact that you can see the mountains from the hotel and it is a relatively quiet location.  I also love that I could have a nice hot bath after being out in the cold all day.

Another great stay

Awful first night sleep, was given room 218, put bag in room then headed off to get something to eat. When got back and to bed, bed felt really lumpy, it was late and I usually can sleep wherever. Constantly waking up in night when moved as bed so uncomfortable. Pulled back cover and found I had 2 single beds zipped together with 2 ill fitted single mattress protectors. They were all screwed up as couldn’t be fitted due to the zip joining beds. I complained in morning, staff seemed very unsurprised, almost  implying it was regular occurrence, rather than any concern from my lack of sleep. I was given a different room for 2nd night which was fine. Breakfast In brewers fare adjacent was average with slow service, so allow plenty of time to wait. 2nd morning I put in hot food order at time of being shown to table to reduce time (still quite a wait and poached eggs weren’t runny). 

Nasty bed on first night

Does what’s expected as a premier inn, the food however was a lot less than expected, ordered a cheese burger and fries and was out within 3 minutes, microwaved and then cold within 3 minutes after! If it wasn’t late I would have sent it back! Hotel was fine!

quick stop over

It was a great experience staying At premier inn.Its really value for money.The room and restaurant were in close proximity with lots of car parking facilities. Staff was very cooperative and kids enjoyed the most.

Ebbwvale Premier Inn really superseded my expectations.From the friendliness and amazing reception as you enter the building right through to the ambience.The staff are welcoming helpful and thoughtful.The best Premier Inn.So delightful coming here each time.Everything on point.

An experience second to none

Fantastic welcome from Hayley and Jade. They were very friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend this hotel.  Lovely clean room and very quiet location.  I will definately be coming back. Nothing beats a premier inn breakfast.

This hotel is first class. Hayley and Jade were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly, They deserve a 5 star rating and Premier Inn are very lucky to have them representing the company so well. We will definitely be back
