Staff were very helpful. Beautiful breakfast, Decor in rooms was new and fresh.

A lovely hotel to stay in, within 5mins walk of St Peter's Port centre. The staff are very welcoming and efficient.We thoroughly recommend the Pandora.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff.  I was over working for this trip so didn’t take full advantage of facilities and area around hotel.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff. We had a little problem parking but that was swiftly resolved.Steps up to front entrance may be tricky for some but staff very helpful. We can especially thank Dev.

Fantastic breakfast options - not just traditional cooked breakfast but avocado toast, pain perdu and filled coissants.  Good location and helpful staff.  Very comfortable beds too.

Short 2 night stay, spacious bedroom and bathroom, a few creaky floors. Lovely freshly cooked hot breakfast plenty of choices. There was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel organised a breakfast bag for us to collect the night before as we were going out early the next morning. The bar and restaurant had beautifully cooked and very tasty food would highly recommend eating here. The hotel is up a steepish hill when walking back there. There is parking on site for a few cars if you have a vehicle. The only negative was an inconsiderate person in the room next to ours that had a very loud TV on until 01.00am. There are bus routes available within a 5-10 min walk for access to all areas on the island and airport.

Short 2day break

Staff were super friendly and helpful with any query. Rooms were all in spotless condition and breakfast was outstanding. Only negative was the pressure of the shower in the rooms, it was basically unusable in our first room. However, the staff were super accommodating and we managed to get another room where the pressure of the shower was more acceptable.When I come back to Guernsey, I will definitely be staying here again.

We were informed that mid-way through our 7 night stay, the bedding would be changed, however this did not happen.  We asked reception for this to be done and was told it would be.  It did not however get done.Staff friendly and efficient, but some had limited English which hindered communication at times.We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.  A nice comfortable hotel with a beautiful garden - thanks

Review of Pandora Hotel, St. Peter Port

Booked the hotel for a one night stay, wished we had booked two! Lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Good full english breakfast, tad hotter would have been nice. Cereals, yoghurts also to choose from. Room with a view, wow!, one of the best views from a room I have had, panoramic view of St Peter Port! Hotel also has some fabulous gardens, parts hidden. Location, on a very steep hill. Take deep breaths for the walk uphill! Would definitely return to this hotel.

Refurbished lounges and bar are very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful and cheerful. Breakfast plentiful. Sadly our room had a broom cupboard size en suite with only toilet and cramped shower with a horrid drain odour. Also window looked out onto staff smoking area which when window was open the smoke drifted in. Hotel was full and was not able to change our room.

Just came back from staying at the Pandora, good location but up steep hill so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, also there is no lift at the property. It was our wedding anniversary on the evening we arrived and we had the most amazing meal, the staff were very attentive and also treated us to couple of glasses of processco and an assortment of desserts. Our room was in third floor with part sea views which was lovely. The room was abit outdated and the en-suite bathroom was very small that if you were a large person you would struggle  but all very clean, the mattress was very hard and I requested a mattress topper which helped. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Overall stay was lovely and would recommend.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The renovated areas have been finished to a lovely standard. The gardens are beautiful but to get to the sea view, you do have to go down steep steps.  In fact there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. The breakfast was great and the food in the hotel bar very good.  My room was small but clean and had what was  needed. The bathroom was a little too small ( a good job I have lost weight) and avocado green!    The downside for me was the guest next door snored loudly and I could hear even with ear plugs.  The hotel was full and they could not change my room but this can happen anywhere. Overall, a pleasant stay in Guernsey at a very reasonable price.

An excellent hotel for our first visit with friends to Guernsey.  The hotel is tucked towards the back of St Peter’s Port harbour making it a quiet location with stunning views from the tiered  ‘secret’ garden!
Staff were excellent rooms were spotless and a special thank you to Dev for helping out with a forgotten item from our stay!

A charming hotel

Wonderful stay at Pandora hotel in st Peter's port.  It's spotless and so comfortable with great, service -friendly and efficient.  
Our room was spacious with a lovely aspect. Bedding was comfortable and huge white fluffy towels.  
Breakfast was delicious and varied.  The gardens are beautiful and the terrace served well priced drinks and food.  I would love to stay again.  Thank you to all the hardworking staff and management team.

Pandora's paradise

A good spot for a 4 day trip to Guernsey, (although a hilly climb to reach it from the centre!)Friendly staff, good choice of food for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was ok, nothing special. Drinks were a bit expensive.Overall the hotel was clean, but our room was quite basic and tired looking.The garden was beautiful to sit and relax in.
