Lovely hotel! Walking distance to lakeside shopping centre.
Friendly welcome from receptionist when we arrived  :) 
Car park was only £5 for 24hrs so perfect for a day of Xmas shopping in lakeside with out worrying about parking space.

Very clean throughout, cheerful staff, comfy bed & a good shower.
That’s essentially what I was looking for after a 400 mile drive before I did the return trip the next day & that’s what I got.
Very nice stopover & I would recommend it.

Lucy was incredibly hospitable, allowing us to select our room and giving directions. Who cares if the restaurant isn’t open, there are a million shops on your doorstep.
Excellent location and safe private parking.

Lucy was very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Never had a bad night sleep here, and usually stop here on business when working in tilbury. The restaurant was out of order but it stated this on premier inns website when booking so I had no issues with it. 

Clean rooms, beds are very comfortable, lovely stay amazing staff. You can’t go wrong with it.
Breakfast was also nice a good  choice of food and teas and coffee.
I would recommend this premier inn if you are in the area.

After a long drive from Cornwall we arrived at the hotel knowing our cruise ship was going to be delayed . We’d only booked one night which would have meant a long day with many hours to kill before we could board . Lucy on reception was so cheerful and helpful and talked us through our options regarding our booking . Thanks to her I managed to book an extra night at a very good price . Our room was very comfortable and her help was invaluable

Used Premier in for a weekend visiting friends. Hotel was cracking, parking and staff where great. I can highly recommend premier, there service and quality have been great during these hard expensive times.

On arrival we was greeted by Abdi who was amazing he handed out ice lollies to everybody at the reception and really went above and beyond for us throughout our stay only issue we had was the rooms were extremely hot. I appreciate that this is not something the staff members can rectify but premier inn must do something about this. The restaurant however was absolutely terrible. From the grumpy bearded unkept manager to the waitresses serving food. Also Lucy from premier inn really looked after us and was amazing with the kids.

Jack was exceptional all evening from start to finish young man with appreciating smile and overcome any issue we had all evening and witnessed first hand his great handling of any situation placed in front of him

We have stayed at this Premier Inn many times and have always found the service superb.

On arrival, friendly, helpful check in. Room always clean and well-prepared (with extra pillows available as standard). Reception staff recognise returning guests and readily meet any requests.

There are acres of car parking, and a set of Amazon lockers outside the hotel entrance. This was really useful as on my last trip I needed an item urgently and was able to have it delivered there.

Beds very comfortable.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff upon welcome. Clean room and walkways all round and spacious rooms. 

Reminder there are parking charges. Location is great, lots of opportunities for external food and transport links. Good for Uber

Local to my daughters house, this hotel is reliably clean, comfortable and friendly; we have stayed their often. The rest of the family join us for breakfast so extends our festivities. Its good value for money.

Great Weekend

Having stayed there several times, we were a bit disappointed not only with the unfriendly staff at reception on arrival but absolutely no one on departure, extra parking fee for a car park which is not secluded.  Heating instructions were complicated to understand.  Breakfast was not as varied as in the past and everything on our table was taken away while we went to get served at buffet despite leaving our coats at the table (even our hot drinks)???
