We stayed on 18th March for one evening and the apartment itself was clean, stunning view and very spacious. The only downside was the WIFI didn't seem to work. The staff at reception were excellent and I spoke to Alfonso prior to our arrival who provided me with all the help and information I needed. As regards the review below, I too couldn't use the email or contact number but the apartments have changed owners and hence the confusion. If you check the hotel.com website the new contact information is on there if anyone else has a booking in future and worried if this scenario occurs. Contact them by mobile and they will help you. Would definitely use these apartments again.
