Was not very nice no wifi at all. No tv apps as no wifi. Room was a little dirty and scaffolding outside my window so no real outlook.  But the staff on the front desk were amazing. They were so apologetic and did do there best to help. I dont think i shall be going back to filton premier inn.

Fair for the price

After a long flight home we checked into the Premier Inn.  The staff didn't even say hello!! I gave my details and was given my key card but no instructions on how to get there. I asked if there was a lift.....no! I asked if there was somewhere to get food....no! I asked if there was anywhere local to get food.....Google it! Disgusting service 

Poor customer service

We were met by a very rude member of staff who told us early check in was not available and to come back at 3 we had a meal booked for 2 so we had to get ready in the car and leave our luggage until we got back after our meal,I was sent an email to say that we could check in early and pay £10 which I was quite happy to do as we had travelled a couple of hours to get there and we had a meal booked for 2pm 

Early check in what a laugh!!

This Premier Inn offered all the usual facilities of Premier Inn such as a clean, quiet room, adequate bathroom  and an adequate bed and easy check in, check out and payment. We found the pillows were too hard. There is no restaurant directly attached though there are a number of restaurants nearby. It is on quite a large retail park with plenty of parking. The signs from the main road were not clear though it was fairly easy to find the hotel.

A standard premier inn without a restaurant

We needed a nice place to stay whilst visiting family.  I got a very good price for two nights.  Lovely comfortable warm room.  Large comfy bed and beautiful powerful shower..  Lots of parking and staff very helpful.  I would use this Premiur Inn again,  Bristol Filton.  If people want food there is no resturant so would have to eat somewhere else  Lovely quiet stay

Weekend Stay

There was no breakfast available although we had paid and did not know until the first morning of our stay. The adjacent restaurant closed down and we were totally unaware. We had to get out every morning in the rain to find a place that was open and try and get some breakfast! Also, the room was very noisy due to the room above having a creaky floor which meant that our sleep was disrupted during the night. The WiFi was not working at all during the whole length of our stay. Finally no cleaning took place during the four days we stayed at that hotel. 

Bad experience

We had problems with WiFi that the staff were unable to resolve. and were generally unhelpful. Many problems with the room - too hot with inadequate fan, low water pressure, who wants BBC with no sound etc etc

Poorly trained staff, not as advertised

The advantage of premier Inns is that you know what to expect, which is a big advantage when visiting the UK where hotels can be very variable in quality. This particular Premier Inn had all the standard features, but was a bit worn down and we had to change rooms due to terrible smells from the drains in one room. However, the staff were wonderful and this definitely made up for the short comings in the property. They moved us swiftly and efficiently and were very obliging. While the location of this hotel was convenient for our visit, it does suffer from the disadvantage of being sited on what is essentially a traffic island, which means there is a lot of traffic noise in most of the rooms. In additon, the advertised attached restaurant (Brewers Fayre) had recently been permanently closed (were were informed of this shortly before we arrived after we had already booked and paid) and so dining options were limited. Overall, though it was very good value for money and we were happy with the final room we were given.

Lovely staff, tired premises

Rudest woman on the phone, refused a refund despite having evidence of a 30 degree room with a child. Said she didn’t care what the government site says because their site says no air con - not true - it was installed three weeks ago in the foyer for their staff! Refused refund and hung up when I asked for the details for a subject access request to get the recording of the call!! Good luck with this one guys, because it’s not looking good when I get that call!

I had to take my son and book a second hotel - we never even stayed!!

Staff are amazing!!! Accommodation is poor. Corridors on ground floor that lead to the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Room smelled musty and damp. They provided a fan as there is no air con. WiFi was patchy, toilets were backing up.
