All we can say is wow. Karen was the ultimate hostess and made sure our short stay was perfect. Gorgeous property down end of a secluded lane but very accessible. The room was so comfortable and a jar of fudge was a real treat. Breakfasts were superb with always a little surprise. We would heartily recommend a visit.

Fabulous B&B with a lovely garden , the room was overlooking the garden which is beautiful with outside seating area .
Breakfast is served in the lovely conservatory which was great with all the different fruits & yoghurts , then a cooked breakfast ..

We had tea & cake in the lovely lounge served by the amazing and friendly host. 
There is also a tearooms and stain glass shop attached to the cottage which is worth visiting .
Would highly recommend this place just wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return .

Stayed for two nights in the middle of the recent heatwave. Lovely room, friendly hosts, wonderful breakfast looking out over a beautiful garden, who could ask for more? The fridge with real milk and chocolate fudge was a nice touch. The cottage is at the end of a lane, so very quiet and secluded.

Stayed at this b&b for just one night  while meeting friends in Cayton. Great quiet location adjacent to the Stained Glass outlet, plenty of parking, WiFi.
The room was very clean and more than adequate with a decent bathroom, a great homemade proper Yorkshire breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and even gave us a lift to the village to dine.
Very convenient base to visit Scarborough and other coastal locations. 
Highly recommended. 

Lovely, well equipped cottage located in The Bay in Filey. High spec and very well maintained.

Four of us have just returned from a super two night break at Killerby Cottage Farm. The bedrooms , the location, the food are all excellent and the hosts, Mr and Mrs Green very welcoming. A wonderful place to stay!
PS Next door there is a fabulous cafe/glass showroom and studios.

My friend and I had a two night stay at Killerby Cottage Farm from Friday the 23rd & Saturday the 24th July. We came home yesterday and have never felt more comfortable and made to feel very welcome ! Nothing was to much trouble for our wonderful hosts Val & her husband. There was everything you would need with one of the best breakfasts I have had. We will be returning.
Our visit was combined with a stained glass painting experience with delicious high tea !
The Stained Glass Centre & Killerby Cottage Farm are really not to be missed and there is nothing at all that hasn’t  been carefully thought about for a wonderful visit !! 
A hidden gem

Our hosts, Simon and Val, provide a wonderful quality bed and breakfast service in a quiet location next to the Stained Glass Centre.

The quality of the bed, sleep and in-room facilities is excellent. Variety of tea's, coffee and hot chocolate with fresh milk, if required. Very clean environment.

Comfortable and very suitable bathroom with shower facility in the blue room. A couple of other rooms are available.

The breakfast choice is first class, giving in your request the evening prior. The quality of food and choice is lovely.

Nothing is too much trouble and throughly enjoyed our stay here. Would stay again.

We have just returned from this fantastic B and B at the coast.  We had a spacious, spotlessly clean room with hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and plenty of room for luggage/clothes etc. 
The bathroom was very modern and clean with both a bath and shower,  and plenty of minature toiletries. Excellent breakfast served by super friendly staff and with plenty  of choice. Overall a great place to stay, we will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

There really is nothing more to say. I took my elderly mother for a short break and we both had an excellent time. I’ve not felt so relaxed in ages. The twin room was immaculate, the welcome superb and the breakfasts gorgeous. Very peaceful - we loved it. We also did a lesson in the workshop and my mum was thrilled to bits with her coaster. Thanks very much. It was a special time. 😄

Just beautiful

We stayed in the Green room which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. 
Toiletries supplied hairdryer. Tea & Coffee making facilities - home from home
Thanks to our hosts Val & Simon who made us so welcome. 
Breakfast was served in the conservatory overlooking the fabulous gardens.
The choice was plentiful with fruit, cereals, yogurts and croissants for starters.
Full English with choice of eggs, kippers, poached eggs on toast, omelettes etc etc
Can't wait to return

Perfect Retreat

Just first class accommodation and nothing negative to say about this lovely B & B. 

The Green room was so beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. 

Thanks to our hosts who made us so welcome. Just saddened we brought such lousy weather with us but even the gardens with snow looked pretty, although the ducks did seem rather cold!! 


Just perfect! 

This was booked at short notice, and what a lovely place. Warm welcome from the owners, beautifully presented room with ensuite. The b & b is part of the Stained Glass centre. There is a nice lounge with tv b&b guests can use, although there is also a tv with built-in DVD in the bedroom, as well as plenty of dvds available to play. Breakfasts were great, with plenty of choice in cereals, fruit, cooked items. It would put most 5 star hotels to shame. Wonderful stay despite appalling weather. Will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending.
