My sister & I stayed here for a week
Cathy was a amazing host & Nothing was too much trouble..
Fabulous breakfast every morning 
House was immaculately clean beds were really comfortable ..
Would highly recommend & would defiantly stay here again

Beautiful surroundings and really comfortable room. The service was excellent

Cathy and David provide beautiful high class realistically priced accommodation on the Lizard.  Clean rooms serviced daily beautiful breakfasts cooked to order the salmon is delightful and cooked breakfast is substantial if that is not enough treats to eat during the day are provided.

This is a fantastic place in a peaceful area which is a fantastic area for walking.The house is very clean and the hostess could not do enough for us.Thank you very much we are looking forward to visiting again in better times.

We had a lovely two night stay at this great location. The room was wonderful and spacious and well equipped with lovely little treats. Great bathroom and very comfy beds with views. There is also a great lounge with sofas and log burner for winter ... doors to garden and big dining table( this lounge you can use all day with the other guests real bonus. The breakfast choice was large and  also had varied & superbly cooked breakfast choices. Really a treat when away i find. Juices and hot drinks too & pastries wrapped to take with us by our host Kathy, who was always there in the morning with a smile and advice of making the most of our day & great location. Trehab gardens was one not to miss and just down the road. Thanks Kathy for your lovely Cornish Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay.... !

Wonderful B & B experience with great rooms and lovely Host!

My daughter and I have just had a wonderful stay at this delightful place. Cathy is a wonderful host who is on hand to help but never intrusive. An incredible breakfast each morning which was as abundant as the kindness and attention to detail. The place is really tranquil and spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed and more. We live in Cornwall anyway so the lanes and the hills were no surprise to us, however you do probsbly need a car to make the most of a visit to the area. On one day our car had a problem and garages are hard to find. Can recommend RTA Recovery in Lanner who came out to Rosmerryn and got us going again. Also Express Garage, Falmouth who were so helpful and seemed to be the only place thst opens on a Saturday. We didnt need to go to Express in the end as RTA got us going but they were very kind snd supportive via the phone and would have fitted us in to looked at the car if need be, even though they were busy. Worth knowing. A walk to the Trengilly Wartha Inn was a little challenge in the rain but worth it for the hospitality, games and amazing food. Steak & Ale pie best ever tasted!! Also recommend Ferry Boat Inn at Helford Passage who served great food too and were also so kind and helpful. Oh and don't miss the nearby seal sanctuary in Gweek.... its a lovely day out!! A fantastic trip despite really bad weather and car trouble. Rosmerryn was a confortable and homely safe haven run by very sweet people from where to base your adventures. They certainly look after you!

Nothing negative  wonderful stay excellent facilities Food excellent, staff very professional.

Great central location, ticks all the boxes, excellent.

Great location, lovely hosts, really nice breakfast, very peaceful ambience....off the beaten track and all the better for it !!Would certainly use again if visiting the area and not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Rosmerryn.....an absolute gem!

This lovely place was a little difficult to find initially but boy was it worth it.
We were so pleased to find somewhere that was quiet but in such beautiful surroundings, Cathy is a wonderful lady, she could not do enough for you,  the cream tea on arrival was lovely and everywhere is so clean, every little detail is thought of. 
Breakfast was really good and so fresh, whats more important really hot.
We couldn't eat the beautiful pastries so Cathy very kindly wrapped them for us to take for the day.
Well worth the money, service excellent and very quiet.
Not a place for children but great for a romantic night away or weekend, give it ago, beautiful grounds and very comfortable rooms
