Typical warm Ulster welcome from very helpful hosts.
Very comfortable rooms and beds and an excellent breakfast, including a full Irish option, which was extremely tasty and well presented. Within walking distance of the village of Maguiresbridge which has three pubs. The Guinness in at least one of them was rated highly.
Situated by the main Belfast to Enniskillen road this is a perfect location from which to explore the Fermanagh lakeland scenery.

The hospitality and value for money are excellent. If you want to explore wonderful Fermanagh this is a great base. It will be difficult to find anything better.I have stayed here a number of times and absolutely love it here. Next time I am in Fermanagh this is my go to BnB.

Beautiful home and a lovely breakfast. Wendy was accommodating with dietary needs.  Many things to do in the area, worth staying here.  Comfortable bed, new shower and great Internet connection. I enjoyed exploring Northern Ireland, the people were friendly and helpful.

A quaint and beautiful old farmhouse.  Wendy and her daughter were very welcoming and accommodating.  The room was comfortable and clean.  The breakfast was delicious.  It's a beautiful farm.  We didn't have much time there but went to see the Marble Arch Caves.  

Having stayed annually for a fair few years I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. Wendy and the family are amazing hosts and the cottage couldn’t be more perfect. Has all the needed amenities and more including a trampoline and children’s swing set on the green. Already can’t wait to return. 

Having stayed at Derryvree House before and enjoyed the B&B,this time we stayed at the cottage. Enjoyed an excellent welcome from Wendy and a welcome pack.
The cottage had everything we could have wished for. It was very clean comfortable and convenient for visiting the area. Be careful of traffic on the A4 when leaving the farm.

If you want to experience the warmth and generosity of the people of Fermanagh you should stay with Wendy and Aubrey. I cannot praise the accommodation or the hospitality enough. The breakfast was superb. This B&B is conveniently located and easy to find. If you want an authentic taste of Northern Ire4land stay here

We were looking for last minute accommodation whilst visiting friends. We stubbled cross the Derryvree B&B whilst searching the internet. Wendy was very helpful & very accommodating. We were offered the cottage for ourselves & our two children. It was a home from home. Everything we needed....& more! Thank you for a lovely stay...we look forward to staying with you again very soon x

My wife and I stayed here for two nights last weekend and I can honestly say that it couldn't have been better (apart from the rain!). Wendy and Aubrey were really hospitable and welcoming, providing tea and cake upon arrival, which was gratefully received.
We arrived wet and cold on a motorbike, so this was perfect, and there was even a space in the barn for the bike!
The B and B was spacious with a comfortable guest lounge and our room was excellent with lots of space for all our bike gear and an en-suite integrated.
The cooked breakfast was simply amazing, tasty and it set us up well for the day ahead.
Thank you again, we hope to return one day.

Had a good nights sleep here. We called on the Saturday to see if they had availability for that night. Thankfully we got a room. Very pleasant host and room had everything you would need. Clean and well kept. Many thanks.

Cozy Cottage

Derryvree House is on the busy A4 road, but is set well back. It is a large house built in 1919. We were greeted by Aubrey, who served us tea and baked goodies when we arrived. He also helped carry our cases up to our room. The room we had was a family room with a double bed and two singles and a couch. Wendy served us lovely breakfasts. It was great chatting with her about sheep, and their care, since this was near the end of our six weeks in Ireland and sheep were a main "theme" of this trip.
