The owners take great pride in sharing their home, are welcoming and friendly and make all efforts to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. They were also able to accommodate an early check in and leaving bags at the property on the last day. The breakfasts were excellent (great omelettes and overnight oats with a range of fresh fruit). For a small B&B, breakfast had a good variety of options which could be adjusted for most dietary requirements. The well proportioned room was spotlessly clean with all necessary toiletries supplied along with the ability to make tea/coffee/hot chocolate with biscuits supplied in the room. The distance to the station and the vicinity to Devonshire Park, the South Downs, the seafront and places to eat, particularly Grove Road, meant it was also an ideal location to be based.
