The Travelodge at Chester-Le-Street was so easy to find and was the perfect location for visiting our family in Durham - and there was lots of parking space. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful - e.g. we asked for extra pillows and they provided them within a minute of us asking. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Congratulations to the manager and his team, they were exemplary - we'll definitely return and have already recommended other family members and friends.
