Where do I start??? One of the children's beds was so hard that sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. When we arrived, there was a half-drank glass of orange juice on the windowsill and the room smelt 'stale' (like old socks festering on a radiator!). The heating thermostat was not working - it was impossible to cool the room down, even with the freestanding fan supplied running  permanently.  Due to the intense heat in the room, hardly anyone got any sleep. The curtains were hanging off the rail.  The whole room requires serious maintenance and upgrade.  Of all the hotels we have stayed in over the years, this was by far the worst Premier we have ever had the misfortune of staying at.  Whilst the breakfast was the only positive, it is far from buffet self-serve as you are requested to order from a member of staff what you wished to have from the hot selection - luckily we were not in a massive rush but if we had been, it would have been extremely problematic.

Dire - massive mistake choosing this one!

Ok where to start when we arrive there was a very arrogant ignorant woman on reception this lady has no customer care whatsoever.my husband was in the card it was just me and my youngest went in to check in. I tried numerous attempts to make conversation nope wasn't haven't it then I asked about if they run a bus to luton airport as it was our 1st time there shenodded and said do it yourself taxi there giggled and went back to desk. I then said I was told when I booked it to let you know that I'm leaving the car here for 2 weeks with bluebadge in window. She proceed to inform me that this was a stop and go and 2 weeks parking isn't permitted I told her I had enquired about this and I can leave the car there its also free of charge. She told me I had to pay £5.00 per night of which I had to pay in cash at 7.00pm to her it was going to kosh charity. I told her on the website and the customer
service that parking was free She told me they hadn't updated they're website.if I don't pay it I can't leave my car there as its a premier not a airport parking and if that's the case next time I come use another place .I ask if ther was any where I could get a hot chocolate as that's all I vould drink she said restaurant shut coffee tea  vending machine or nothing tuff . I had parked our car in disabled bay she told me I had to move it as its using a disabled bay if someone needed it.so after telling my husband he went and asked she told him the car parking is free I misunderstood her its a donation of however much I want to pay if anything and yes can stay the fortnight but the car needs to be move to long stay or will be towed .totally lied to my face .
Rooms lovely warm beds amazing bedding amazing warmth amazing. When we we got up in morning the gentleman in the morning was amazing what a king considered man 👨  same on the way back lovely men working there she was vile and disgusting and I think she was reting to con us out of money .
Little tip though Tey putting some sandwiches on or In vending machine we were starving and only chocolate or crisps  x

Made to feel most uncomfortable and I did wonder what sort of clientele the hotel is used to accommodating.  I will definitely not be staying at this particular Premier Inn establishment again.  Not put me off staying at other hotels with the Premier Inn name though.

Most uncomfortable greeting

An average stay at the hotel, staff were friendly and approachable, though the place was dated, dark and I had something splashed on the wall in the bathroom, it was, however, clean.
We ate in the adjoining pub, but again this was dated and felt like sitting in a care home, but the staff were lovely.  The food wasn't great.
Ultimately, the staff in the hotel and pub were great and always willing to assist in making my stay a great stay, the room wasn't what I expected of a Premier Inn and neither was the place we ate.

We came to the Dunstable South branch of the premier Inn and was welcomed with open arms by Mandy at the front desk. The whole hotel was lovely and clean and in our room was some drinks and chocolates as it's my birthday next week. Very thoughtful. Breakfast in the morning was stunning,really set us us for our journey home.

Over night stay

The premier Inn was one of the best for locations - nice and quiet and in a lovely rural location.  Nice hotel that was clean and well maintained.  We stayed in a family room which was a nice size and suitable for the 3 of us.

Premier Inn great

Had to be at the slip end long stay car park at 03:30 so booked a room here with the plan of going to bed early and getting some sleep.  The hotel/restuarant is easy to find on the main road with nothing else near by.  Went into the restaurant at 05:30 it seemed pretty quiet. Must have been because 2 people asked us to place drinks orders.  Ordering food took another 20/30 minutes frustatingly slow BUT nothing compared to the 58 minute wait for the food to arrive, so in simple terms nearly 90 minutes to get something to eat.  

The chicken was pink in the middle, when I realised I left it.  

Staff were happy to serve alcohol with no mention of the delays on food, it stopped me walking out as there was no where else to go, Complaining got me no where - staff totally disinterested.  Looking at other reviews it is clearly nothing new to them or PTI.

Complaints to PTI head office showed just how bad PTI service has got, they saw nothing wrong in having to wait 58 minutes for semi raw chicken. I got the impression that this is their norm when busy.

The room was noisy, I could here bangs and thuds from the floor above and we had to share towels as the bathroom only had one set

I can only say PTI standards have fallen so low now that I cannot use themn again.  Shame because they used to be one the better budget chains

Dire service in the restaurant ruined the stay

Lovely staff, easy check in, hot shower and comfortable bed.  All you need after a long day.  The Restaurant next door serves good quality food and drinks, making it very easy to relax and with less than a 2 minute walk back to room it’s so convenient.

Frequent traveller review.  Stay here a few times each month and always feel welcome.

Staying in hotel to visit family, at checking the receptionist was lovely and polite, checked us in and the room was clean and warm after a long day of travelling. Visited the restaurant next door and the food was great.
