Lovely welcome from Shirley.  Beautiful room very clean.  Breakfast amazing especially her own take on haggis. Nothing too much trouble.  Fantastic knowledge of the surrounding area. Well situated for Loch Ness and not too far from Inverness.  Would definitely go back.

We stayed with Shirley and Stuart at the Springburn B&B - the room was small but very comfortable with a large separate bathroom for our sole use.  We were welcomed like  family members and could not fault their hospitality, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful.  Good parking facilities and easy walking distance to village centre and attractions.  We will definitely be staying again.

We stayed for a week at Wee Fraoch in Drumdrochit and thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Loch Ness. The cottage is ideally placed for trips into Inverness and the surrounding countryside. The cottage is small but perfectly formed having all the amenities required. The owners have made it as comfortable as possible with homely touches. It's not luxurious and there are some bits of decor that could do with a refresh, but they don't detract from anything. I would go again.

We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting Drumnadrochit and bagging a nearby Munro. Shirley and her husband were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. There’s on-site parking, which we were allowed to use after check out whilst on a cruise of Loch Ness. The room was a great size, very clean and had a private bathroom with shower, my only ‘negative’ was the shower pressure was a bit weak for me but I’m used to a strong flow! The bed was comfortable and we slept really well. There is a choice of full Scottish (which Shirley happily let us edit a little as I’m fussy!) or continental. We missed breakfast one morning as we were up early to head to Ben Wyvis, but Shirley made us a packed lunch which was super thoughtful and we appreciated it very much. 

Will def come stay again next time we are up this way bagging more munros.

A very warm Welcome by the hosts. The room itself was in a good and clean condition. The Loch Ness Exhibition Center is only a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was good and tasty. Nearby highly recommend The Fiddlers .

This B and B is very central to the town, has great facilities and more than anything such a welcome and a personal style of hospitality , friendly and helpful , the owners really cared about our needs and comfort. Clean and attractive and a fantastic breakfast!

My friend and I arrived after a long hot day on the Great Glen Way to a warm welcome from Shirley.  We stayed for two nights. My room was small but well appointed with flat screen tv, usb charging points, the usual tea and coffee making facilities and shower room.  My friend stayed in the twin with private bathroom across the hall.  There was a lovely little brook running outside my window and I loved just listening to it!  Comfortable bed.  Breakfast order taken on arrival for the next day.  We chose the continental which had lovely fruit, cheese, bread, croissant and yoghurt, together with toast if you wanted.   The usual cereals, juice teas and coffees being available too.  Shirley and Stuart were very caring and arranged a lift for us up to our path on the Great Glen Way when our arranged transport was delayed.  This was very much appreciated.  Shirley also booked a meal at the hotel next door for us and even walked over to book it when she couldn't get a reply on the phone!  We felt they went out of their way to help us during our stay.  Overall a lovely stay in a very cosy property with lovely hosts.

Came up for the Loch Ness Etape cycle ride. Lovely welcome from the owners. Room was nice and clean , could have done with a bath but that’s my fault for not checking.  Good location for Loch Ness and a short walk to the exhibition centre . Superb breakfast with haggis !

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Springburn.  This is a nice, cozy B&B well situated near the center of Drumnadrochit - a 3 minute walk to great pubs - and a reasonable 2 mile walk to Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness.  My room was a small double twin arrangement, clean, with en-suite bathroom, good wi-fi and a small TV.  Just large enough for two and their luggage.  The owner/operator was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were fantastic (Scottish and continental), and the property has nice places to sit inside or outside and enjoy the sunshine.  All in all a pleasant place to stay, it felt like being on someone's home.  

My only issue was the mattress on my bed was much too soft which aggravated some back pain I was having at the time.

Cosy stay at Springburn

We had a cozy 1-night stay at this place.  We had a private bath opposite to our room that was neat and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was as per our choice and v.good. The elderly lady running this bed & breakfast was very friendly and we loved our small cozy room and the TV on that rainy day. The covered sitout was really beautiful.
