Does the job really! If you need a quick night's stay before getting the ferry or tunnel then it's ideal, however be aware that some rooms have no windows and the place is a *little* rundown. Main receptionist was really nice and very helpful - I would stay again but only for short stays.

I stayed there last year for one night in my first visit to dover. The hotel its weird, the woman keep me at the front door while she check my booking, normal i guess. 
My room was nice, tidy and organized, nice surprise. Worth the price, really good location

Stayed at the park inn for 1 night as we were catching the early ferry, arrive at the park inn, not really knowing if we were at the right place as we had just walked into an Indian restaurant, it turns out that the b&b was a side business and was upstairs, a bit dubiously we were led upstairs to our room by which time I was expecting a dump, how wrong I was the room was spotless and had everything you could need for a stopover, any longer and you would not have anywhere to hang clothes, for us though it was perfect and really could not want anymore. Parking at the park in is either on the roadside or the public pay as you go car park, myself I found a place outside the front door of Kent police station (car should be safe there). Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Do not let the outward appearance of this place put you off it is a little gem.

We stayed here overnight as we were getting an early ferry in the morning.

The staff were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived at about 11pm and the staff member that greeted us was friendly and helpful.

Our ensuite-equipped room was toasty warm considering the sub zero temperatures outside and was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. 

Excellent value - we weren't expecting the Ritz due to the low price, but this B&B far surpassed our expectations. If you are just after a friendly, clean place to sleep in Dover, look no further!

We Travelled back on July with my collage mates and back then I think the room was all creppy old classic rooms like in the horror movies and smelly with no WIFI at all but the manager did mention that they just took over the property back then well and now again we came back and all changed all clean freshly painted well decorated with all  ensuites and most important with working WiFi 👍🏻 Great will be coming back when in Dover  and the resturant was amazing as well...

It was very good stay. We were welcomed by very nice lady who told us everything about hotel and our room and gave us keys. Room was very clean and cosy. Location of this hotel is perfect as well - city centre is just arun the corner and distance to the sea just 10 minutes walk. I highly recommend this hotel! :D

Really good

Stayed here Saturday just gone. I know it was only £44 but there was hair all over the duvet and pillows. Shower was either scalding hot or cold and the power wasn’t very strong. That day was freezing too and so was the room. I called the number on the front door the lady was very helpful on the phone said she’d get someone to go and check radiator in the room. But when we returned later that night it was still freezing!! Would not stay again

No response from property when phoning or emailing prior to check in. Arrived, no code given. Rang door bell for ages before reply on intercom. Room was tiny, as if halved. Smelt of paint. Many steep, narrow stairs. Poor value for money.Very poor condition. Money is taken from your account, not pay at property. We didn't bother staying. Avoid.

Terrible!!Avoid!!! We arrived and left!!

We stayed here for a family visit and we were very disappointed with the state of the room on arrival. There were holes in the wall, the pillow cases had marks all over them, the shower went hot and cold and kept cutting out, the toilet door didn’t shut and generally the quality of the room for a £54 stay was not great. My sister also stayed here and her room was already taken and when taken to a new room someone came in and said they had to leave. I wouldn’t normally leave a review like this however the photos on the website made this hotel out to be something it’s not! 

Very disappointing- not worth the money! 

The hotel cancelled my booking and left us stranded in Dover after an 8 hour drive. He said that he could not process my card (done via Booking.com) and I can confirm there was nothing wrong with my card. I checked with my bank and they had not attempted to take the payment. He admitted that he had done the same to 3 people that day. He does not want to pay the Booking.com fee and cancels you if he gets the room sold directly (no fee then). I had attempted to call him 10 times (have screenshot as proof) and he did not answer his phone. I only saw the bar area and it looked dark and dingy so maybe a blessing but be warned!!
