Nice little guest house with a most helpful and friendly owner, who offered you milk and cereals, even though breakfast wasn't included in the price. Not far from the railway station. A most inviting little village. 

Fantastic place to stay - stayed for a few nights. All breakfast whatever available in bedroom - amazing! Plus use of kitchen, microwave, cutlery, crockery, etc. in B. and B. Frig in bedroom. Gorgeous new bed. TV actually works. Owner so caring, he walked dealing with my cases and me to my next destination in Dingwall which took him about fifteen to twenty minutes there and back., and sensibly didn't stay at my relation's Home, but left immediately. I hope he has great success in the future because that will be very well deserved! I so agreed with 545robbie! It would be great to be able to stay there again when necessary to find a B. and B. in Dingwall.

The guest house is only a couple of minutes walk from Dingwall railway station, which is convenient whether you'll be traveling to Inverness, or even towards Kyle or Wick. The bed wasn't the comfiest, but it was nice and warm and I slept fine as I'd been traveling long distances during both days when I stayed there. The room I stayed in (Room 1) wasn't exactly en-suite as I had to exit the room to get to the bathroom, however I understand this is something that will be changing shortly. The walls are quite thin as well but it didn't bother me and I would stay here again.

Brilliant, only £35 each night, place to stay, plus SO central, and very kind, sensible, very friendly owner.

Dingwall Guest House 

Don't book it! You might catch something. We didn't stay the night there were no curtains up at the window of the downstairs room. The curtain pole had fallen off, the sink tap once on stayed on and moved about in the sink. The shower was a hairy mess and the bed well what can I say. The room stank of drains.... in fact we should have been payed danger money to stay there truly awful!!

The sheets were the only clean thing in this guest house, which, to be fair, is the most important thing. The owner was very nice, but i just couldn't get over how dirty the place was. Plus the bed was really uncomfortable. Would not recommend
