Loved every moment. immaculate property.bed amazing and beyond facilities. Breakfast fantastic and not rushed brought out to you in your room by our lovely hosts. ..reccomend to anyone. Well done to you both in such difficult times..you made it an normal but special experience.

Came for a short visit to see my family and stayed at forge house for 2 nights. Everything had covid precautions. Nothing was too much effort! Only recommendation... change the potatoes on the breakfast to hash browns lol! Look forward to staying again 

What a gem of a find.  Lovely room, clean, warm and very comfortable. There was even a fridge with milk and bottled water in. Beautiful bathroom with lovely hand soap, shower gel etc.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely 10 out of 10.

We booked into forge house at the last minute and we paid the extra 10 pounds for the superior room,we were not disappointed. The room was beautiful and had more than we expected. The bed was  huge and very comfortable. There was milk and water in the mini fridge  fresh water in a bottle for the kettle. There was also toiletries in the bathroom as well as  clean fresh towels . We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast it was outstanding and one of the best BnBs we have stayed in, We could also choose what time we wanted breakfast. When we got there we had a choice of  what breakfasts we could have also there was cereals as well as pastries on offer again would definitely recommend this  I would give this place a 5* rating



Loved it, loved it, loved it from the moment we arrived to the second we left. Great location for exploring the nearby countryside on foot, by bike, by bus and car. And in around 35 minutes by car you could be on the stunning north, east or west coast.
Nothing was too much trouble for the exceptionally friendly and accommodating hosts and despite all the guidelines we sensibly have to follow and the welcome keeping people safe measures in place in these different times, we left feeling relaxed and invigorated. What made the stay up there for us? Was it the immaculate spacious room with a bath en-suite and the whitest towels ever seen, was it the lashings of instant hot water and controlable room heating, was it the mini fridge containing bottles of water and fresh milk (hallelujah, we loathe those little UHT pots), was it the welcome tray with snacking goodies, was it the fresh coffee with percolator, was it the fresh choice of teas and packets of biscuits supplied every day, was it the superbly cooked food served up at breakfast every day (thank you Daniel for rising to the request for eggy bread and brown sauce, it was soooooo delicious).
It was all of this and more.....the available safe bicycle storage inside or out, the  availability of maps, guide books and walking guides, the honesty bar with great choice of refreshments and the good honest home from home available at 24 hours notice hearty evening meal.
This B&B is everything a B&B should be. Thank you Dan & Amy, not forgetting Bernard, for making us smile much.

Wonderful warm welcome from the owners. They have thought of little detail to make your stay great. Food is unbelievable, so yummy and freshly cooked. I think they don't change enough for the service and amenities that are on  offer, room spotlessly clean and was upgraded to a larger bed free of charge. We have no hesitations to stay again when in the area. Nothing was to much trouble and are on hand if you need anything. Anyone who is thinking of staying there will not be disappointed. Just a shame we could not stay longer due to other commitments. Toiletries provided were lovely products. Just hoping we are coming that way again soon.

Having researched and read previous reviews for Forge House,Yaxham we were not disappointed. We booked directly through their website which was easy and also gave a discount.
Very welcoming,comfy bed, spotlessly clean, nice shower and yummy breakfast. We were only staying one night but would definitely return. Thanks

I don’t tend to book bed and breakfasts when I go away but I decided to take a risk when visiting some family, and I have to say that I was absolutely blown away! Dan and Amy are lovely and they cater for your every need. The rooms are in amazing condition and are super clean which I love, especially with the current global pandemic situation. The breakfast was brilliant too, they ask how you like it and how much of it you want and the quality of the food/cooking will not let you down.

The only problem I have now is because the quality of the place was that good I’m just going to expect other places to be the same which I know they won’t be!! When I go back to visit family again I will 100% be booking here. Don’t hesitate in booking here if you are looking for somewhere to stay!

Recently stayed for 7 nights.  Daniel and Amy were excellent hosts.  Nothing was too much trouble.  The accommodation is of a very high standard and the attention to the Covid 19 requirements is meticulous.  Excellent breakfasts. Excellent evening meal was provided on request. 

 Forge House.is highly recommended.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

Excellent

We visited Billingford to visit my grandson and he found us this beautiful accommodation.  We arrived fairly late but were greeted by Daniel and shown to our room which was so lovely and everything of a very high quality, after a good nights sleep in the very comfy beds, breakfast was amazing, everything from porridge to an enormous full English breakfast cooked to order by Daniel, while Amy attended to the coffee etc and chatted to us and made us very welcome.  We will definitely return on our next visit, in the meantime thank you for a short but memorable stay.

A wonderful welcome

Had the most fantastic, comfortable stay at Forge House in Yaxham. Daniel and Amy were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless and bed was luxurious! Breakfast was outstanding and set us up for the day. This was also enjoyed in a gorgeous courtyard in the sun. I would highly recommend Forge House and we are looking forward to our next stay! Forge House Yaxham 10/10

We had a wonderful short break at Forge House. The property itself cannot be faulted in terms of cleanliness, comfort and facilities but it was the friendliness and helpful attitude of owners Daniel and Amy that made our visit so good. They are a lovely couple and we wish them all the best for the future. We decided to eat in each evening due to all the uncertainty of these strange times and Daniel fed us really well, steak and chips etc. one evening and roast chicken dinner the next. Usually we don't eat breakfast but the breakfast menu was so tempting that we did indulge in some of it.
During our short break we visited the RSPB reserve at Titchwell on the North Norfolk coast. This was a real find as there was an amazing beach with very few people there so we spent some very happy hours there on a really hot day.
So if you are in need of a break go to Norfolk but be sure to stay at Forge House. You won't be disappointed.
