Comfortable apartment in a great location. Double glazed keeps it quiet. Well organised for entry and luggage storage nearby was convenient. Chairs and sofa very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Though lack of laundry power made the washing machine redundant.

I booked one of the studio apartments for my partner's birthday trip to Edinburgh and we were both so happy with the experience. 

We picked up the keys from the office nearby, and as we were a little early they kept our cases whilst we went for lunch. 

The apartments are just off Princes street, which is literally over the road from Waverly train station. There was no lift so not suitable for anyone with accessibility needs. 

We felt pretty secure with the front door and the apartment door even though we were on a busy road. We didn't find it particularly noisy at night because this area is fairly quiet late at night as it's away from the pubs. 

The apartment was finished beautifully with great quality fixtures and fittings, and luxurious furniture. It felt like a home away from home and was worth every penny. In the apartment we had a double bed, wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, hob and oven, kettle, crockery and pots and pans. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and toiletries were provided. The living area had a lovely, big, comfortable sofa, and a table and chairs. Maps and information was provided. We had a big window which looked out onto the street. 

I highly recommend these apartments as they were beautiful, cosy, and in a fantastic location.

We had a studio apartment here for three nights. The shower room was nice, modern, clean and well equipped. The studio had a good kitchenette with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and washer dryer should you need it. Very very comfy bed, tv (didn’t use that) and a small sofa and dining table. We walked a lot, so nice to be able to come back anytime, make tea and rest before setting off again. Basic kitchen stuff, including a tea towel, crockery and pans so you can really make yourself comfortable. Wi-fi was good too. 
I’d definitely stay here again. It’s two mins from Waverley and the trams stop almost outside the door, airline buses just over the road. Excellent location in the old Herald office building. Grand old staircase! 
Only issue - there is a lift - but only from the first floor, so not disability friendly but I think that’s pretty clearly stated in their info - and the flat doors are VERY noisy as they have good solid locks but boy does the noise reverberate even when you try to close them quietly. Small thing but a nuisance when your neighbours try to come in quietly at 3 am but can’t as the doors have minds of their own. Can the management company sort that out? 
Other than that, pretty perfect for a city break location. And good value compared to an awful lot of the hotels, with more freedom too.

Perfectly located just round the corner from the main train station. Shops, buses and everything is just a short walk away. If you feeling for a MacDonald's cheat meal, the takeaway is basically downstairs.
The apartment itself is tidy, clean, modern and cozy.
Everything is arranged online. The only issue is that the physical reception is about a 10 minute walk away in one of the other Destiny Scotland apartments. So if you need a place to store your luggage when you check out, you'll have to walk a bit with it. Nonetheless the staff there are friendly and really helpful.

This is a great place to stay. Tram straight from the airport to within yards if the front door. Don't be put off by the fact it's next door to a KFC. The studio flat we had was spotless very comfortable with lovely hand wash and shower gel provided. It was just off princes street so quiet and away from the crowds. So convenient for all the attractions and good pubs and restaurants nearby. Will definitely book again and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is in a good location close to the shops, bars, restaurants, travel links and tourist attractions so you never need to travel far. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities for our weekend there. It was a decent price for the apartment as well

This accommodation is very central . Just across from the station and close to all sights of Edinburgh. Perfect location
Clean , well equipped , comfortable , warm . Everything you need for a stay in Edinburgh.
It is located above Macdonald’s but we were in room 2 at the back of the building so didn’t bother us .
My only criticism would be the 7 am bin collection below  our room which is noisy and happened two days out of three  . Not sure how that could be improved though .

Easy to find , very close to the train station ( 150 yards ish ) just off princess street. No reception but not needed very simple very safe, our room was at the back and was warm and quiet very good nights sleep very clean well equipped comfortable and roomy there was a lift but only after a few stairs . The reason I have dropped a star is a pity really I informed them twice my 4 yr old daughter would be using the softer bed, however there was no sheets the mattress was very dirty and the very cheep quilt had no cover and was also very dirty unusable! So unlike the rest of the apartment, we only found this out at 5:45pm where we had to buy some at M&S we will stop hear again but bring are own sheets etc 

location very good, in the city center, a few steps from the shopping center. The apartment was clean but a bit small. The biggest problem was heating.  Still shutting down, it was extremely cold. there was not a stove in the kitchen.

Stayed in apartment 1A. The studio was comfortable, modern and a good size. The stuido was spotlessly clean, which is so very important. Fantastic location on St Andrews Square, next to great bars and restaurants. Will i stay again? Yes! Good work!

Few days in Edinburgh 

Having had a truly awful night staying at Cornerstone’s disgusting apartments, I spent my 2nd night here. What a difference. Great people to deal with, apartment was spotlessly clean, warm, well equipped and everything you could want. If only the mattress had been better it would have got 5 stars from me.
