This apartment is in a busy, but a convenient location. We had an issue with a sheet that we caught right away and they came and took care of the problem very promptly. Aside from the sheet issue, everything was very clean! There are stairs and there is not a lift, if this would be an issue for you. We were able to store our luggage at the main office, but had to return before they closed to pick it up and take it to our apartment. Walking was the suggested way to get to the room. It was about a 10 minute walk with our luggage, which was fine but not the easiest through the streets. This would not stop me from staying here again, just wanted to note it! Some people mention the location of the entrance, but we didn’t have any problems. We did learn that the dryer will not open right after it shuts off, as a safety issue. There are fans and a drying rack if you need it for laundry. A Tesco is just underneath the apartment if you need it! We loved having a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms! We would stay here again!
