Really lovely couple of days stopover on the way to Mull, a brilliant find. Lovely rooms, the whole house has been beautifully renovated. Breakfasts were fantastic too. And such friendly owners too.

Peaceful area, next to a rushing river, ducks and gorgeous scenery.

Very good ambience indoor and outdoor. The hosts are tentative and superb. We particularly like the lounge, spacious and relaxing.

I would absolutely recommend booking here if you want to stay in the area, whether for one night or more, the facilities provide a relaxing comfortable stay. We had a very nice stay at the Orchy Bank House. Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room with lots of space and a nice clean bathroom. A la carte breakfast freshly cooked which was superb (eggs benedict) We would definitely stay here again

We arrived around 8:30 l. There was a note on door to call and they would come, well we had no phone service so we couldn't call. We were thinking we might have to sleep in our car. But we walked to a neighbors and ask to use there phone they answered and said they would be right there and they were. Yurns out they live in the back of the property it would have been nice if they also said to knock on back door.

Immaculate, well cared for place with lovely host.

We are so happy we stumbled upon this incredible B&B! The hostess was absolutely lovely and very helpful! The house is adorable, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic!10/10! Thank you for having us! And thank you for showing us where to find the cows!

Incredible Stay

Our host gave us a quick tour of the house and showed us our room. The room and bathroom were both spotless. There is a lovely spacious lounge with TV and additional tea making facilities. Our pre-ordered breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. Our host gave us useful advice on where we could eat and suggestions on local places of interest.

An excellent venue near Lock Awe

This is an excellent little guesthouse. Most of the rooms are spacious and well thought out. There is also a large communal living room to relax in, which will be great for families.The breakfast was really tasty, especially the homemade rosti/hash brown.The family running the place are really friendly and helpful. We left feeling like we'd made friends.There is also some morning entertainment with the feeding of the ducks. :-)

Near perfect

Tricky one as I wanted to give a 5 as owners were lovely and  lots are done well but missed a few minor details. Start with positives: room was very comfy and very clean. Owners are really friendly and accommodating. Great location. Food was yummy. A few minor points (not massive negatives): Bathroom was across the hallway, which wasn’t a problem, but feel it probably should be clearly advertised on booking. They have an excellent concept for breakfast menu to avoid wastage and let you pick items you want, but then my order was wrong (still yummy).

Really nice B&B, with a few tweaks would be a 5

The setting is idyllic and the house is immaculate. The only downside was the room we booked did not have en-suite avoid this room if you can. It did have a private bathroom across the corridor and the room was small. Despite all this it still is a beautiful place.
