Hotel was good and the staff was welcoming. Breakfast was value for money and the best part is that Brighton beach is just 40 minutes drive from the hotel. 

A good option for overnight from Gatwick.  Easy to access by bus and station nearby for onward route in the morning.  Quiet, comfortable and clean.

We went there thrice(twice in April n once in May).
Overall,we had a great stay.
A big thank you to all the staff, especially Eddy,the cook,Rihanna and the Portuguese guy who always welcomed us with his big smile early morning.
Eddy has gone the extra mile to please the customers!Keep it up,Eddy!

Crawley Travelodge is walking distance to the town centre.And there are transport facilities to Central London n other places!
Gatwick airport also is very near.
We will definitely come back again when we come to visit Crawley

My favourite hotel in Crawley. Clean, comfortable with friendly professional staff who know what they are doing. Julie, always recognises me & goes above and beyond every time to ensure my stay is great.  girl on bar, Opel. Told me what’s included in Happy hour and the cook (didn’t get her name but blond lady), food was hot and tasty. Recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues due to staff, location and proximity to airport. Keep up the good work. These staff make this hotel

No issues apart from the price of breakfast when you only want toast and juice.  Room clean and warm. Reception welcoming.

Having visited London for an early Valentine's treat, we wanted somewhere to stay outside of the city but also convenient for food and shops the next day before going home and Crawley fit the bill. The price was competitive and the free parking was a bonus for a town centre location. 

We turned up close to midnight but the staff were still chirpy and friendly and the bar on site is apparently open all night, although we were too tired to want to use that. This venue has also had the New Design refurbishment, and looks amazing for it. The blue colour palette is very calming with a slightly luxurious feel, complemented by the wood effect furniture and little handy touches like a variety of USB and plug sockets throughout. 

Our room had a shower room with toilet as well as the reasonably spacious double bedroom with a comfortable medium firm mattress. Everything was clean and I was impressed by how well the towels dried, even if they were more rough than fluffy. 

To be honest, I can't really fault this one. The location and price were good, free parking was very handy, the cleanliness and facilities were great, and the staff were excellent. A very comfortable and pleasing stay indeed.


From our very late arrival (after 1 am) we found the hotel and staff welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Beds were very comfortable, room very clean with a beverage tray too

Great stay, arrived late at night to check in and the night team Rui and Muhammad were very helpful and friendly and got me checked in quickly. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Bar open 24hours serving drinks and food. Will definitely be back, thanks guys.

The staff were so welcoming, so cheery and friendly.  They were struggling with a member of the public and they handled it sooooo well. They are a credit to Travelodge. Vanessa, Marlene, Daniella and a cheery smile this morning from Eden.

Nice hotel, modern and cleaned to a good standard. Parking is quite expensive but this is explainable as it’s an airport hotel. Also a bit more disturbance at night due to this as you have people leaving presumably for flights at all hours of night but to be fair to the hotel they do have signage asking people to keep it down and it’s not their fault when people don’t. Restaurant/bar area gets busy with a food atmosphere and it’s a very large restaurant, but staff cope extremely well and my food came out quicker than most other Travelodges I’ve stayed at despite there being about 10X more customers in the restaurant than anywhere else I’ve stayed.

Nicely refurbished rooms in a convenient location and at a good price 

Have stayed here a couple of times now as location is perfect for both the town & The Hawth Theatre. Reception staff are friend & helpful. We usually book a family room as there’s 3 of us and it’s spacious, clean & comfortable. Highly recommend staying if going to the theatre as you can enjoy a drink or two. Turtle Bay restaurant is literally round  the corner - 2 for 1 cocktails as is Cineworld & Bowling 🍹🎳

Friends Birthday Treat

This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in where I haven’t had to ask for veggie sausages to be cooked or for dairy free milk. Everything was already laid out at breakfast time. There was a choice of 3 different dairy free milks and soya yogurts. I was really impressed. Thank you for helping us fill included on our wedding weekend.

We stayed here prior to a flight from Gatwick and the facilities and staff members were excellent. The hotel had recently been refurbished and it was a really good nights sleep. The bar /cafe foot was good, well priced as was breakfast. Staff members were really positive, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
