What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern, recently updated and fully stocked with essentials. Showe gel and hand soap provided, along with comprehensive refreshments, hairdryer, hanging space and extra pillows as standard. Extremely good value for money for the stay and to eat and drink on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They actually seemed to enjoy their job which is refreshing in the service industry. We were there for a family function but ate on site in their restaurant with the meal deal. Great value for money with huge choice and tasted great. The staff, cleanliness and great food made our stay so pleasant. Would highly recommend and definitely would be back!

it's an old style hotel but great service, restaurant very nice style and good food, rooms could be in better condition but generally clean, special thanks to Monika for cookies were waiting for me in room .I'll come back here at the reception, very nice lady.  Thank you

Friendly staff and the room was clean.   Breakfast was great too!  I have stayed in other Premier Inn before and this was one of the best.   It doesn't have elevator but I felt that it's okay.   Plenty of parking outside the hotel too.   It was a great stay. 

The hotel is well placed for business needs. The rooms are good enough, some of them are a bit tired, but that's not the staffs fault. The Beefeater next door is okay for dinner and breakfast is always good. Staff are very good, Rachel in particular was really helpful! Thanks

Several visits due to visiting elderly parents after a fall. Always friendly and Kelly is always there to great us with a smile after we have had a long stressful day and drive from Portsmouth. Best premier we have stayed in for service. Nothing is ever a bother. Already booked for 3rd visit this month in two weeks

Kelly has been very helpful and accommodating, I am a disabled veteran so she made sure everything was ok for me and suitable and helped when I’ve been in a bad state (due to seizures). very friendly, professional and gone above and beyond when I’ve needed the help.

I use Premier Inn regularly, but Nuneaton/ Coventry surpassed my expectations. From the warmth of the welcome from Sophie at reception, right through to the cheerful and friendly cleaners, plus the excellent Linda who supervised breakfast with aplomb, this was the perfect stay. Being away for business I wanted to be refreshed, ready for my work and I most certainly was!

We will definitely be staying at Premier Inn Nuneaton again and also enjoying family meals at Griff House Beefeater. We stay at many hotels, but us and our family always feel very welcome and comfortable here.

Great welcome on arrival, room standard to be expected and great surprise to find a 'Random Act of Kindness' from the team, that was greatly appreciated 
Evening meal with my family good standard and very friendly staff and breckfast of good quality.

Me and my wife visited this hotel and have to say the staff are amazing. We even had a little treat in our room prior to arrival. We don’t normally write reviews but I had such a warm and friendly welcome from start to finish, I want the managers to see this and praise every one of their staff members, they are all great. Went for breakfast in the beefeater and it was lovely and hot. We will be back 😊
