Having booked the plus room I enjoyed a slightly bigger room with an upgrade on the coffee. The room was convenient for the lift/stairs and the hotel offered a great nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly. The parking was very convenient. The breakfast the next day was at the local Brewers Fayre across the road from the hotel. There was even spare coffee/ tea/ milk in reception.

Rakesh was lovely. Nothing to much trouble. Girl on reception couldn't find dinner reservation although I booked it online. Lovely room, worth spending the extra on premiere plus room. Reception area small (2 people sitting at a desk). I felt sorry for staff. Low volume on TV. Lovely room. Shower only (no bath) that's good for saving water and energy. No safe, very disappointing. I find it quite entertaining that you can sit on the toilet and watch TV at the same time.
Having to have a voucher for dinner is a bit outdated & if you lose it or leave it in your room your not getting anything to eat.                Brewers fayre: girl serving miserable. Didn't tell us we have to order at the bar. We are sitting there waiting to be served. Only after asking someone were we told 'you have to order at the bar.' Oliver was lovely, happy to help. Sticky menus. Plenty of parking. Nice room, nice staff, nice price.
Breakfast: Very disappointing. Not much food on offer. Angel was lovely, she had to deal with a difficult situation. She was firm but respectful. The people were rude but she didn't retaliate. No

Had an overnight stay on 26th November. Great accessibility room.  Room was spotless and shower great. We couldn't fault anything. Staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to accommodate an assistance  dog. Would definitely use this hotel again.

I arrived at the hotel with members of staff in reception with a glorious welcoming reception. They took my details and made sure my stay was all accounted for. I arrived late in the evening so was thrilled that my room was all sorted. Upon entering the room, the cleanliness was impeccable, and I was thrilled to have extra pillows already in the room to help my bad back!!! I also had breakfastand was thrilled with the quality of food that I received would recommend to stay again

Fantastic - as always! Another quick overnight stay for a business meeting close by. You really cannot fault the place - very clean rooms, comfortable beds, exceptionally friendly staff & managers, plus it’s only a short drive from the motorway.

This was our first experience of Premier Inn Plus and we were both very pleased with it.  The room was spacious and comfortable complete with a small fridge, the shower was incredible including the high quality toiletries, just everything about the room was premium. We will definitely book one of these rooms again.

Friendly staffs (available 24/7), clean room/hotel, ideal location and all amenities nearby.  We needed to go to Suffolk, Gloucester and Oxford so a perfect location for us.  Plus with Woburn just a mere 9/10 miles away (we play golf), it is just perfect!

best premier inn in the uk, tidy, clean, quiet, easy to find, parking is great, 4G signal strong, didn't eat so can't comment on food, price reasonable in fact below average, friendly staff, all in all perfect, highly recommend it

Quick one night stay to visit friends locally. Easy to locate the hotel and it was very convenient for us from A421 and the M1 motorway. Staff were friendly, hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely return in the future.

Looking for a night’s accommodation near to family, we chose the Premier Inn primarily for its location.   The two rooms we booked were extremely reasonably priced considering the time of year.  The hotel was easily accessible from the A421 and our room was a good size, comfortable, well appointed and very clean.  The bed was really comfortable with immaculate bed linen  

We were able to park immediately outside the Reception area.

We had booked a continental breakfast, which is available from Brewers Fayre immediately opposite, although rain made this less than perfect,  We were advised by fellow guests that it was best to book a table for an evening meal, but we were lucky enough eat without booking.  The food was of an average standard, but the convenience factor made up for this,

I would definitely return to this hotel when next visiting the area.

Solo adventure to Bedford

Worth the extra

Hotel really great had a premier plus room, coffee machine brill and new carpet recently 
Downside was breakfast 
In the pub opposite 
Food on hot plate with fried eggs all hard and rest of food Luke warm
For me it was free but if I had to pay I would find cafe nearby.
No option of poached eggs and staff not really concerned with the food side. Hotel 8/10 Food 2/10

Nice hotel but poor food

An inexpensive night’s accommodation which exceeded expectations

we stayed at this premier inn as a stop of on our way back to Manchester and was surprised after reading some of the rooms. We were checked in by Chloe who told us about the dinner in the pub next door. We got a premier upgrade room and it was so spacious. Everything was clean and even had a coffee machine and fridge.

The manager reece checked us out in the morning and booked us a table for our breakfast. Breakfast was okay, not the best but worth the price.

Maybe have normal coffee in rooms, the machine was bit hard to use first time.
