We booked this place because it had a quadruple room at a reasonable price. As stated on the booking information, the key was picked up from a sister hotel at 18 The Friars. Check in was straightforward and friendly. There was one double bed and two fairly narrow single beds in the room. The double was comfortable, but had a loose bed head which made a knocking sound if you were not careful. (I forgot to mention this to the staff, as I’m sure it would be easy to fix). Breakfast was served at the nearby hotel, and was quite adequate. Gluten free options were available, and appreciated as one of our party has Coeliac disease. We stayed 2 nights in a comfortable, well priced, central hotel. If you are not expecting the Ritz, you will be happy. :).
