A charming Victorian farmhouse boasting lovely rooms with ensuite in a superb rural area as can be expected in this region - Vivien and Brian make you feel super welcome with fantastic cooked breakfast with good choice of cereals, fruits and jams.  Vivien even went out of her way to make an espresso for us !!!!!!!Stunning view of the countryside from our room.  Good car parking space aswell.  Overall very enjoyable and relaxing.

What a great time we had. Vivienne and Brian were both superb hosts. We were even introduced to members of their family and made so welcome.
Set in a rural location with only the birds and sounds of sheep to wake you in the morning and views towards the moors.
The rooms are very clean and have tea making facilities. The breakfast was lovely and as they say in Cornwall ' a proper job'.  Excellent value for money. 
The ideal place to stay for peace and quiet, we shall be back!

The breakfast was fantastic. Tea, coffee, orange juice, melon, strawberries, yoghurt, cereals, banana, full fry up with good bright orange egg yolks, local sausage and bacon. You could have as little or as much as you wanted, nothing was too much trouble. 

I would highly recommend this B&B. It's fairly remote, but beautiful and driving in to Launceston only takes 15 minutes or the south coast areas like Looe or Fowey or the Eden Project are around 40 - 50 minutes.

Nearby pubs to recommend are the Manor House Inn, The Eliot and The Royal. All of which you have to drive to but The Manor House is the closest.

My hubby and I recently spent two very comfortable nights at Middle Tremollet. Hosts Vivien and Brian were extremely welcoming and it was a pleasure to share their home. Accommodation was great, the breakfasts hearty and delicious and the location perfect for sightseeing in this very picturesque region. Highly recommended, and excellent value for money.

Delightful Farmstay

We stayed here for one night in March 2015.  Unfortunately there was a bit of a botch up with the booking (we booked through an internet booking agent).  Even though we had queen bed for only 1 person.  As it wasn't busy, we did get the room with the king bed.  We did receive a lovely welcome with tea and scones and breakfast the next morning was nice.  However, when it came to clarifying the account, we were charged an extra 40 pounds! We were both shocked.  In Australian dollars that brought the cost up to over $170 for one night, which is way over the top to for a small B&B which is essentially in the middle of nowhere.  To put this into perspective, we stayed at another B&B not far away the following night and the total cost was under $95 Australian.
