I stayed at Tree Tops for one night as was travelling for work.
Really swift self check in system, there was an onsite car park which was great. 
Really clean room and the bed was very comfortable!!
The WiFi is VERY fast, I couldn't believe how quick it was, wish I could have taken it home!!
Great stay, would recommend!

Very convenient location, great price and room !!

Day 1 arrived.  Day 2 showerered in morning it did not work properly had to rinse off in the sink.  Complained. Was moved to Room 5.  

Radiator not on spent a freezing night.  Tv only had limited channels no BBC1 or most nornal channels. Day3 found controls hidden behind TV unit.  Radiator came on but not verycearm.  Now working perfectly.  TV still withput essential channels which when travelling is essential

Very clean.  Owner Lloyd and staff very nice but in my case these niggling but important faults are making my stay not good.  Tv still bot fixed on Day 5.

Faulty services but clean

Although only a few minutes walk from Briton Ferry train station, the station is very small with limited train service. Called 2 cab numbers to book a taxi to Neath and both were fully booked at 6.15pm..... they both only had 1 driver out so if relying on public transport make sure you have fully researched all options.
Upon arrival, as soon as I opened the door to my room, I smelt a strong smell of cat wee which I thought might be the large plant in the corner of my room so I moved it outside but the smell only got stronger.
The room was very basic, my room had no carpet, just a couple of rugs.... one placed under the clothes rail and one under the mirror.... you might have thought you may have something next to the bed rather than get out of bed on to a cold floor.
The bathroom, if it can be called that, was clearly a converted utility room that still has a working surface and cupboards still in there....it was clean but just odd for a bathroom.
The self check in service, despite working well, made for a very impersonal service.
Limited TV channels available with no mainstream channels like BBC or ITV!

Very overpriced for the room I got - would not stay here again.

One night was enough

We arrived at the guest house and upon arrival was greeted by a young man wrapped up in towel, who had just got out the shower - to say water was freezing and you will have to share the facilities!
Pleased to say when we got to our room, we had an ensuite!
Upon entering the building I was hit by the stench of cat urine!!! Which others have mentioned in previous comments.
In addition only 2 channels worked on the TV and again comments listed previously - so it's clear the owners have done NOTHING at all to rectify!!!
The room itself very dated, dirty carpets and the mattress I reckon was picked up off the street, as you could feel and hear every spring when you moved.
The owners of this place clearly have NO PRIDE and it's an absolute disgrace that they are able to charge anything at all.  
So some advice for anyone who decides to stay - please do take these genuine comments on board, as well as previous comments of others who have stayed that reflect my own opinions!
FINAL NOTE - SAVE YOUR MONEY, STAY ELSEWHERE OR PAY THE EXTRA TO GUARANTEE A BASIC STANDARD THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IN TODAY'S SOCIETY.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I stayed for 1 night only and that is more than enough, the room (no 7) smells really strongly of damp, the mattress needs changing as you can feel the springs in certain areas, the tv is just for show as none of the channels work and I opted for the shared bathroom as it was a short stay but never again it again had a strong smell which wasn’t pleasant. The main reason I would not stay here again is the noise you can hear everything that anyone else is doing within the place from walking around running water and talking. It’s never good to leave a negative review but unfortunately this place is pretty bad 🤷🏽‍♂️
