Staff were very helpful and friendly but the rooms are in need of a revamp all looking a little tired. The restaurant is lacking good for breakfast but no other meals offered. Thank god that Freeport shopping village is near by where there is a whole host of restaurants offering food at all times of the day 

Weekend get away

A nice friendly hotel, great staff and food. Hotel ideally situated for Freeport village and good amenities close by. Only disappointment was a wedding party that were totally inconsiderate of other hotel guests and came back in the early hours of the morning, inebriated, making a lot of unnecessary noise and causing disruption. Waking people up. In fairness the hotel manager did apologise and offered to refund the cost of my breakfast. Which was a nice gesture.

Nice friendly ideally situated hotel for Freeport.

Nice little Hotel Very good price. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Had a noisy aggressive neighbour in the room next, who woke us several times during the early hours. Not the Hotels fault. We had an adjoining room door, which left my wife uncomfortable with the aggressive behaviour and noise in the next room. Found some hairs on the otherwise fresh bed linen.

This is the best premier inn I have stayed in.  Friendly staff, quiet night, comfortable beds.  Yulia cooks an amazing breakfast.  It was served quickly and everything was perfectly cooked.  The reception staff, both on arrival and departure, welcomed me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.

From check in to check out the staff we're fantastic very helpful and friendly
Rooms were spotless as was the whole hotel, no problems with parking, Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and great service will definitely stay again 

Friendly Hotel

You always know what to expect at a Premier Inn .  Clean Rooms, Pleasant Staff and a good breakfast.  There was a particularly nice restaurant/pub next door which is a bonus as there were about 12 of us staying so we did not not have to go far for dinner/drinks.  Everyone was happy with their stay.

A couple of nights networking

Very friendly and attentive staff, very clean well kept room and for the orice we paid, it could not have been better. Stayed with family (including disability requirements) and a 10/10 value for money experience.

This is such good value for money, a clean room, lovely breakfast every morning and the staff, so friendly.   I can't praise them enough, a credit to the Premier Inn Company.   I don't think you could beat it in all departments.

Good value and Exceptional Staff

Parking was good. The receptionist was friendly and the stay was comfortable. I didn’t have breakfast. Bed very comfortable, just what you expect with a Premier Inn hotel.
There was a good choice of places to eat within a short distance where you can drive or walk to the pub next door.

Overall good stay for my business trip

The hotel is ok enough but they have very noisy neighbours. Spent most of the night hearing someone's party music blasting away and keeping me awake. Disappointing as it spoiled an otherwise good trip. Rooms are the usual premier Inn standard, breakfast is overpriced and over rated but nice enough to eat. You come to a hotel to sleep and sleep was the one thing I couldn't find here
