honestly pretty well kept place, the speakeasys in the garden are HUGE, don't forget the 2 fluffy legends my guy red and smudge, the pool table is a bit slanted but still perfect to put the table on top of.  the bar in the speakeasy is very modern  fashioned with shelves to hold your beverages and even a speaker next to it "BT CONNECT" there's many historical artifacts on the walls in the speakeasy such as photos showing the past or even a rubbish Steven  Gerrard top. when we do go there were welcomed in with lovely music and a range of different sausage rolls ranging from lidil, to tesco, and even sometimes cheeky Sainsburys, but the one rule about this amazing gaff, is what happens in the speakeasy stays in the speakeasy 

BEST PLACE IN FELPHAM

Had a absolutely amazing time, great service and a pleasure to be around. As it was right next to the beach I was able too have the best runs. It was always clean and had a place to park my very one park. All the family loved it. Highly recommend

Highly recommend

Had to visit family at short notice and the Manor House worked out only slightly more expensive than the local Premier Lodge but instead of three of us being stuck in one hotel room, we had the freedom of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large lounge, fully equipped kitchen and private parking. The instructions from the owner regarding directions, access and key collection / drop off were crystal clear and went exactly to plan. 
This is not a 5 star property as the decor needs a refresh but it's clean, warm, comfortable, the bedding and towels were excellent and it's a perfect location in a quiet residential area, literally 500m from the coast with easy access to the surrounding area.

I would not hesitate to re-book

Great Location and Value for Money

This was second  time we had stayed here.  Fabulous building, very warm welcome, super clean and high quality products in the rooms.  The best breakfast I have ever had and I have stayed in some beautiful hotels.     Just wonderful!

Left a phone charger behind in error and they posted it to us by return and would not accept any money for the postage .  Thank you from the Fridays.

Wonderful Hotel

Booked this quite last minute as we needed time out, and the Manor House delivered.  Great parking, great location (near the beach and a nice pub). We stayed in the Arundel apartment, and for the three of us it was spot on.  A double and two singles was perfect for our five year old and the lounge, bathroom and kitchen were great.
The only issue we had is that you could not control the heating from the apartment - it was a general heat control in the hallway, so not ideal as it was quite chilly when we were there.
Completely did the job - very nice....

Great find for a mini break

As a family group 6 Adults and 2 young adults attending a wedding at Farbridge near Chichester we stayed in the Goodwood suite which was perfect for our needs . 
The booking process was easy with good communication and instructions for parking and entering the property when we arrived . 
The property has everything one could want and is ideal for either a short break or longer . The local area seemed very nice and is a short walk from the seafront . All in all I would highly recommend
