Just moved away from bognor so returning  to see friends this is an ideal place for me to stay.
Room fine, beds comfy.
Ate in the restaurant a few times, breakfast, lunch and a dinner.
The only thing I would say is not alot of choice for vegatarians in the evening but that was me being picky. I had the fish which was lovely. Staff all very attentive and friendly. 
Booked a double for myself but needed to change to a twin so my son could join me for a night. Which was no trouble.
Over all a pleasant stay and will be ideal for me to use again when I visit friends.

We stayed here for a couple of days in half term. We had a really lovely clean room. All the staff we met were really lovely and friendly, also had a great knowledge of the area to recommend things for us to do. We had dinner at the RobinHood next door which we really enjoyed

The team we came in contact with were extremely professional and super helpful. Explained everything efficiently and we’re on hand with all our enquiries!
The room was clean, tidy and peaceful! The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic nights sleep! Highly recommend!

Came to stay for a few nights with my wife over the Christmas period and left this morning. We had a wonderful time. The service was impeccable, I wish to mention Natasha in particular behind the desk. We had to come down a few times during the evening yesterday and nothing was too much trouble and always done with a smile. The room was perfectly good, all clean and very comfortable as we have always found Premier Inns.
Will definitely stay here again.

A clean comfortable and quiet room. Had everything we needed for our stay. The receptionist, Helen, deserves a special mention for arranging  a surprise birthday present for me on behalf of her and the team , thank you. All the staff we met were very attentive, friendly  and helpful . Natasha in the Robin Hood restaurant at breakfast, despite being under considerable pressure, was especially good and helpful  and friendly , as were the staff at dinner

We had a fabulous time as usual the premier inns are our favourite place to stay.Consistantly good quality furnishings and cleanliness.
We had both breakfast and evening meal at the adjourning Robin Hood pub.The food was lovely as was the service a big shout out to Tegan who went out of her way to accomadate us and provide top class service and made us feel welcome can't wait to come back again a definite five star experience.Thank you Mark and Jeanette.

This is quite a small Premier inn compared to what I have normally stayed in. It’s in need of a refurb but it was clean and the staff are so friendly. I never used the restaurant next door as when I arrived it wasn’t open. Will stay here again when in Bognor

Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was small, it was clean and well presented. It needs a refurbishment but it’s a lovely place to stay. We will definitely return. Didn’t eat in adjoining pub as we had plans elsewhere. Staff really friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble

Just returned from a trip to this Premier Inn and had a wonderful stay, everything was how it should be from the Premier Inn and we got treated very well, however cant really say the same about the Robin Hood the service we received in there was below average to say the least. Wouldnt put me off returning as staff in Premier Inn more than made up for it.

Very good stay. Staff very friendly and courteous. 
Room large and comfortable .
There are plenty of places to visit nearby. 
A couple of supermarkets within easy reach, as well as a number of takeaways.

Just needed a one night stay in Bognor Regis so did Premier inn. Hotel was a typical Premier Inn, staff were very friendly & helpful. We did have a small issue but it got sorted straight away. Adjoining restaurant Robin Hood was ideal for evening meal without having to go out & drive . Konner the waiter was very helpful. Would stay again if needed to .

My birthday treat

We stayed here overnight whilst visiting our daughter who is at the nearby University of Chichester. The room was absolutely fine, clean and with a comfy bed and quiet location (we noticed the building site next door but as it was a weekend it didn’t affect us). 
We opted for an unlimited continental breakfast which was more than plentiful with a good selection of food. 
With our daughter being here studying for the next (just under) 3 years we will definitely come back when we next need accommodation again.

Comfortable Stay

I have been visiting this Premier Inn every couple of weeks for the past 18 months.

The front desk staff here are totally brilliant. Helen, Alice and Mandy always try their hardest to please and are so friendly.
 Sarah and Anita, the Managers, keep the place running super efficently. As a regular, staff always try to find me a room suitable  for my needs, sometimes calling me to ask how my back is and if I'd like a upstairs or downstairs room, next visit.

The WiFi can be extremely frustrating  but the area has long been known  for being a "dead spot" so the hotel itself cannot be blamed for this.

The rooms themselves are bright and airy, kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team who work tirelessly to work their magic! 

I always use the "Robin Hood" pub next door for my breakfast. Wendy and 'Tash, the smiley, fun breakfast servers, work so hard to ensure that my food choices are safely selected, due to my gluten allergy. The food is freshly cooked served hot and looks appealing to the eye.

My visits to this Premier Inn are not easy ones as I come to visit my Mum who has advanced dementia, in her Carehome . But the staff here go above and beyond to look after me and help make these visits more bearable. Thank you all! 



Simply the Best!

I’ve not reviewed anything before but felt the need to on this occasion due to the stay we recently had. Staff were extremely nice to us during the stay and made a conscious effort to help with slight issues we had. Customer service received from front desk was the best we’ve experienced in a long while
