The second time we've stayed here, really great location in the centre of Birmingham and very convenient for New Street station. The rooms are comfy and given the location remarkably quiet. All the staff are pleasant and helpful, but a special shout out to Ewan at breakfast who really could not do enough for us and was really nice.
