PSA: the owner of this business is an aggressive man. He openly threatened at swore at me with my children in the car, in front of his customers. This was following a reasonable and cordial request on my part. I recommend avoiding this business at all costs.

Perfect wee stay

Easy to find on a busy road. Met by a very friendly and helpful owner, nothing to much trouble for him. Room clean and had a safe for valuables which was great. The bedroom needs some TLC & bathroom needs updating as very tired, mastic thick around the bottom of the shower screen, only 5 out of 8 lights were working around the mirror. Disappointed with breakfast on the first morning as several things not available. We stayed 2 nights and second mornings breakfast was better. We were not able to pay by card as owner was unable to get the card reader to work and so had to use all of our cash to pay, no receipt as he could not get the printer to work either. However he did keep asking if he could do anything for us.

Good Location for Belfast

Could not fault anything. Everything was excellent. Melvyn was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Great shower. Close to Kingsbridge Hospital.

Very friendly and couldn't bemorehelpful, lovely clean room.  Fabulous breakfast, made to order. Free parking, free wifi, great shower. Very easy to find.
 Really hard to fault and I will come back again. Highly recommend.

Stayed here twice, an overnight and 6 nights a month later while one of us had a knee replacement under the Cross Border agreement at King's Bridge Hospital.
Will stay again.
Melvyn, the proprietor, is extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra 10 miles for everyone. 
Rooms VERY clean, warm and have a FRIDGE. Breakfast is cooked to order, and to perfection. 
Best accommodation we have found in UK and Ireland. Off-street parking, purpose-built, modern.

Superb, easy to get to B&B 200m from King's Bridge Pivate Hospital

stayed here last week night out in town, sarah melvyn both fantastic friendly helpful places to go they could not do enough for us, both of their charming little girls gave us entertainment while we had breakfast so lovely to see such a family run business place is great beds very comfy close to belfast but the breakfast is top class thank you both

Stayed here after a night out at the Opera House. Everything about this B&B is perfect. Lovely, spotless room with en suite, excellent location, friendly, helpful owner and lots of thought and special touches put into everything. I’ll definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough. Top class.

Superb!

Stayed at the Kings Lodge in Belfast for 3 nights. Easy access to the city centre, bus stop just outside and taxis less than £10. Really spacious room, comfy bed. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. But most of all owner Melvin was a fantastic host, really friendly and helpful.

Great location for Belfast City Centre. 

I would personally recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast! Melvin, the owner, was an extremely friendly and welcoming guy! He even gave me an upgraded room from single to double, which exceeded my expectations! The room was comfortable and luxurious, and was certainly more than worth the money!
