Beautiful property, well maintained house, quiet setting. Close to lochness. Good middle ground for highland adventures!

Yet another amazing stay at torcroft lodges. We stayed for a second time in the Meikle Lodge and was yet again impressed with the facilities and cleanliness of the Lodge 100% the best by far to anything compared to anywhere we have stayed at home or abroad for cleanliness and family relaxation. Very well stocked and a real home from home in the beautiful Highlands. Hosts were very attentive and informative just nice and welcoming people doing an top notch job with beautiful holiday homes. We was lucky again to see the stags and wild deer in land at the back of our private garden and enjoying evening watching the bats swoop down to eat the midges. Just as memorable and enjoyable as our visit in 2021. Ploddor falls is a must stunning waterfall and walks within a few miles. Plenty to do if you want to adventure out or just as much fun relaxing in the lodge if you prefer a more relaxing pace. Cooked in most evenings which is normally a no no for me but great range oven and lovely local produce available 
so was too good to not take advantage of, but good restaurants nearby If you want to eat out.
 Will definitely be back to our favourite home from home in the future.  Keep up the good work guys and hopefully see you soon.

Torcroft lodges are an excellent quality accommodation. Simon and Lucy were brilliant and very informative. Stunning lodge and great location for Loch Ness and many other beautiful land marks and excursions

So homely (but more luxurious!) and welcoming. The host couldn’t have been nicer when he welcomed us. The Meikle Lodge was beautifully appointed - it even had a couple of guitars! - and they have a green policy which was reassuring and helpful. 

We stayed with our family of 8 and the lodge was spacious and with all necessary mod cons.  WiFi, Netflix, usb sockets, comfy beds, excellent shower….  

Good self-catering kitchen, with tea, coffee and fresh milk provided on arrival (much needed after driving 550 miles to get here).  It even had 3 teapots which helped since we wanted two different kinds of tea at the same time 😂

Can’t recommend it highly enough. A bit of a challenge to find - but just follow the host’s directions not the postcode!

We had an amazing trip to Scotland staying in this lovely lodge. It was in a beautiful quiet location and a good base for visiting other areas. The accommodation was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Our 2nd year here and we thoroughly enjoyed it yet again. We had the Meklie lodge and one of the smaller ones also. 12 of us went split between the two. The Lodges are fantastic, very spacious even for all of us and more than well equipped there's nothing we needed that wasn't supplied. Any issues Simon is always on hand to come and rectify. The location is perfect for us and an ideal base for exploring the Highlands. We covered The Isle of Skye & The fairy pools in the black Cuillan Mountains, Loch Morlich Beach, Chanonry Point, Camusdarach beach but to name a few places. If you love the Highlands and want a home from home place to stay in a perfect location then look no further than Torcroft Lodges. A perfect homely lodge to come back to at the end of the day.

Absolutely fantastic! Never stayed at a self catering place which was so clean and well equipped. Really lovely lodge to use as a base to explore the area. Spacious and comfy. Beautiful setting, the town of Drumnadrochit is a short drive away but there’s stunning places to visit around the whole area. We all loved it and would thoroughly recommend.

This is our "Shangri-La", our little paradise.
Great location and close to interesting sights, like Loch Ness, Urquhart Castle and Glen Affric. 
Fantastic standard, well maintained. 
Lovely surrounding areas and the sounds of nature. 
Lodges so cozy and well equipped for self catering.

The accommodation is brilliant, the beds are extremely comfy, the place makes you feel at home, Lucy and Simon have been absolutely brilliant and made our stay perfect! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Scotland and stay near by the Loch Ness! Torcroft Lodges is the place to be definitely! Will be back again.

Well equipped, cozy lodge. Friendly welcome on arrival from Simon. Tesco deliver and it was all unpacked and waiting for us, a really nice touch after a long drive. 
Great location near Drumnadrochit with plenty to do for the kids. Beautiful scenery in nearby Glen Affric (would definitely recommend Plodda Falls and a venture to the River Affric car park). 
Spotted a red squirrel from the lodge. We also tried to convince ourselves we saw an eagle but it was probably a much less exotic buzzard. 
Laundry facilities available in separate building although we didn’t use them. 
Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Great few days in a lovely, cozy Highland lodge.

Wonderful place to stay, the lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with a full kitchen. Comfy bed, fab shower and a reclining sofa that made us want to spend the break on it! 
Peaceful and quiet with fabulous dark skies for star gazing but close enough to the NC500 to visit lots of places including John O'Groats!
Lucy & Simon are lovely and do everything to make your stay a good (and green!) one

Perfect Place to Relax and Recharge

Gorgeous lodge in such a lovely quiet area, it was just perfect for us.  We stayed in lodge 3 which had everything we needed.  We had arranged a Tesco order, which was put away for us arriving, such a lovely gesture.  We were left biscuits, milk, tea & coffee, another lovely touch.  The lodge was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean and the beds were comfy and the air con was brilliant.  The garden area was beautiful, so nice to sit out in lovely weather and it was so peaceful.  The owners were lovely and friendly, and we felt totally covid safe.  I can't fault anything, it was such a good week for us.

Gorgeous lodge in a perfect location.  It was an ideal home from home with everything we needed there.  We had pre-arranged a Tesco delivery, when we arrived it had all been put away for us, such a lovely gesture! The decor was lovely, the gardens beautiful and our stay was just perfect.
