Clean, friendly, efficient, very cost efficient alternative to airport hotels. Plenty of food options right next door.

Great overnight spot for Heathrow

Really awful unfortunately. We stayed here as needed to be in Beaconsfield and found the location convenient as it's connected to the Services with all of the dining options. We understand it's a budget hotel, but there are other hotels in the same area & price bracket that are much cleaner. The initial/first room smelled like someone had urinated in it, and the man at reception was very friendly in moving us to a different room. Unfortunately, his kindness & professionalism is the only positive thing I can say about this stay.The room is absolutely tiny, there's no where to even lay your suitcase down to open it and the shower had pubic hairs left on the walls of it which is a biohazard. The toilet had not been cleaned. The bed feels like sleeping on a brick with a duvet that smells and is super thin.Thank you to the kind man working reception on the evening of our stay, but other than that, we would never stay here again - I'd actually rather sleep in my car.

Quick check in and good service. Some noise heard from people walking above and no hot drinks in the room but a comfortable firm mattress and good savings when booked in advance

Very basic but good price if you book in advance

Firstly it's a budget hotel,  but in saying that it's without doubt the best motorway service area hotel we've stayed in, it has easy access to non motorway traffic so it suited our purpose perfectly, and with a weatherspoons next door made it all the better, there are other places to eat on the  site, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

For a service area hotel excellent

I booked this hotel as it was close to LaplandUk. I was a bit worried about the location as its at a service station and it would be noisy, but i heard nothing! Room was dark as well, no lights shining through the window. The room is small, but has everything you need. My daughter loved the bunk bed too.

Perfect for our needs

It was redily accesible, close to all facilities and amenities with easy parking and most importantly, quiet so a good night's sleep was had.

A comfortable enough stop over, decent shower and bed. No tea & coffee facilities in room.

A good one night stop over hotel

Extremely basic & not clean.  Refused to stay there and had to book alternative accommodation.  On a par with backpackers accommodation.  Not suitable for solo female travellers.

Everything inside the room is comprehensive, it is clean and tidy although the room space is a bit tight.
