Immaculate bed and breakfase with a friendly host and had everything I needed. Very local for the hospital down the road.

Stayed here as I had a work meeting at the hospital, which is close by, rather than staying in the city centre and was very glad I did. The guest house is less than 2km from Bath city centre, so walkable, or a decent bus service to get into Bath. The ensuite room I had on the top floor was clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the owner, Dawn, was very friendly.

Bath can be very expensive - last year I stayed in a hotel in central Bath that was more than £100 per night but was shabby and run down, and the Firs couldn't be more of a contrast. Clean, comfortable, and a much cheaper price tag at £76 for an ensuite room.

Omg where do I start, the room beautiful, comfy, very very clean, gorgeous little ensuite with a wonderful shower and deluxe bathroom products and very luxurious towels.  We had the best nights sleep, one of the best we have had in any accomodation we've stayed.  Dawn the owners cooks a mean breaky in her gorgeous country kitchen, which I am so jealous of by the wayl lol.  It was just a delight to stay there and we would highly recommend anyone to visit The Firs, do yourself a favour!

Decide to travel to bath last minute, found a great place to stay and all the reviews were spot on we loved it ... also great host... the accommodation was clean , plush and comfortable, breakfast was good and freshly cooked

Wonderful room, with incredibly comfy bed, in a beautiful home! Walking distance (about 25 minutes) from the center of Bath.

Lovely welcome to a lovely B&B. The room was fine but I did have a little noise from the road. Breakfast is a communal affair which was a lovely way to start the day. There were a couple of small points that could be improved on in my opinion - toiletry in the bathroom has not been refilled, cap for the tap to denote it was the hot tap was missing, there was a knot and a small crack in the original doors of the room which let in light, and the floors from the room above creak - I’m a light sleeper.
