We had the ground floor bedroom with a key to the bathroom immediately opposite, with gowns and slippers to use if necessary. The bathroom is large with a full size bath and seperate shower cubicle. The bedroom is large with a very comfortable bed, sofa and other chairs, and is full of beautiful antiques and collectables, as is the whole place. There is parking outside in the drive, and a well stocked garden. There is a warm welcome and the whole place has an air of "nothing is too much trouble, just ask". We were welcomed with refreshments on arrival. The building is very interesting having been a village school, and Tower House has a distinctive clock tower built to celebrate Queen Victoria’s Golden Jubilee with other parts of the house dating from the 17th century. The owners can recommend local eateries, and there are attractions and great outdoor sites to visit nearby. Altogether a very restful stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending Tower House.
