I had a marvellous stay at Aber House, Barmouth. Tracey and Steve were extremely kind and helpful, the food was freshly cooked and delicious, my room, nr 3, absolutely stunning, spotless and very comfortable. My time there flew so fast...Too fast
I wish I could come back one day.

Had a fantastic stay with Tracey and Steve at Aber house. They Could not do enough for you, so welcoming. Very clean . Very homely. Breakfast was amazing.  Close to town and beach , can’t wait to revisit 

Couldn’t believe the sunny warm weather forecast for the 7th and 8th October so it was time to head down to stunning Barmouth. ( favourite place to visit)
I left my caravan at home and looked for accommodation and the Aber house reviews give you that warm feeling of confidence that everything will be just the way you want it.
Steve and Tracey are a lovely friendly couple providing a first class experience at Aber house. I was able to park my car at the side of the house.
The room was spotlessly clean, comfy bed and even a leather setee with cushions and a woollen blanket.Lots of tea,coffee and help yourself milk to wake up to and then the top quality hearty breakfast served downstairs where everyone chats as friends.
Aber house is an historic building,beautifully renovated.The website describes all aspects very well,a friendly phone call lets you see decide if they have a suitable room available.

Steve & Tracey made us feel so welcome.. at Aber House...Nothing was too much trouble for them, went above and beyond from lovely homely, spotlessly clean accommodation to wonderful breakfasts. 
We have always stayed at Aber House...5th visit 1st with Steve and Tracey...Stayed in Room 2 Basement Annexe.... With the Old man..60th B'day !!!!! ,😆Would definitely, absolutely ,stay again...Would highly recommend. Thank you, both.

The rooms are so homely and clean . Made to feel welcome and a home from home .  Breakfasts = a wide range of choice . 
The smell of fresh baking goes hand in hand with the great valued afternoon teas , everything is freshly baked ! I have  throughly enjoyed my stay  and will definitely be booking again .

Excellent stay,stayed in room 2,which is the room for people with dogs,you wouldn't have known because room was spotless not one dog hair in sight,Steve and Tracy were Excellent hosts, and breakfast was brilliant, would definitely recommend staying there

Tracy & Steve were excellent  hosts - ideally located dog friendly business - lovely walks and breakfast was spot on would highly recommend.

The village was lovely-restaurants were excellent - beach 🏖️ close by and shops and amenities were spot on would highly recommend - scenery was beautiful a lovely village

We were made very welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived.
The rooms are bright and airy and the beds very comfy,off street parking, the breakfast was unbelievable all quality ingredients and freshly cooked. The house is slap bang in the middle of town with a great view across the estuary. All in all it was a great weekend and we both feel like we’ve got two new friends in Tracy and Steve and will definitely be going back

Fantastic B and B. Food exceptional. Great place to stay with the dog. Central location and near to the beach. Steve and Tracy are fantastic hosts.  Everything is in walking distance. Car parking. Fantastic tea room on a weekend also.

The welcome was lovely. parking at the property.the house  is so nice rooms have everything you need we had a double room with a settee in and two little tables.nice big mirror to do hair and plenty of sockets.steve and Tracey great hosts.the breakfast is as good if not better as some hotels I have stayed in.black pudding yummy poached eggs to perfection.beautiful little garden to sit in a bit.my husband and I had our tea out there tables and chairs outside.i could go on and on and on.thankyou Steve and Tracey.

Short stay in barmouth.

What can I say about Aber House B&B just wow wow wow……this is a fantastic place to stay,you get free off street parking,you get a warm welcome from Steve & Tracy the owners,nothing is to much trouble for them,friendly and welcoming.
The room itself is fantastic,we had room 3 with the en-suite,loved that shower 😁 you feel so relaxed staying here,you couldn’t ask for anything better.
Would I recommend Aber House 100% I would,if I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would.

Just wow……fantastic B&B

We stayed for 3 days only booking 5 days prior and how lucky we were. This B& B is amazing, 300 yes old and grade 2 listed has been refurbished to the highest standard and with true personality.  The location is excellent,  in the centre of Barmouth ideally situated for any preference,  sightseeing, beach or just walking around, carparking is also a major bonus.  The room we stayed in was spacious with fresh linen, and all the facilities you would need, tea & coffee great with fresh milk available at your leisure.  The shower room was large , very spacious freshly laundered towels and great shower.
It is immaculately clean and so much thought into all the detail of this building is truly awesome. 
Breakfast: Wow, where do we start, I  think its true to say Anything and everything and everything is cooked to perfection. even choice of coffee strength, which is replenished as needed, the breakfast here  is literally the best you will ever find and cooked by the owners is amazing. Although we didn't sample afternoon tea, we were subject to the delightfull sights in the well stocked refrigerators which are home made and looked amazing.  We are so lucky to have been fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful B& B and would recommend anyone to stay whatever purpose of their visit.
It is also worth noting the owners of this B& B are the most welcoming and helpful you will find . Truly worth a visit and we will revisit again  soon.

 Both retired now. We can honestly say that this is the best B&B we have ever stayed at anywhere. Steve & Tracey fit so well together. They are so thoughtful (Go the extra mile)  SO BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
Made to feel so welcome. They even overcame my VMS*.  My wife of 47 years was so impressed .
No hesitation in recommending a stay with them. In fact we know a good thing. Booked again in August.

Two brilliant hosts

What a charming B&B and tea room. We had a warm welcome from Tracey and Steve, nothing was to much trouble. Our room was homely iwith a comfy bed, sofa, tv, books and dvds for rainy days i persume but we had sunshine. From the befroom window is a partial sea view. As the house is grade 2 listed we had a private bathroom not an en suite which was very clean and tastefully done with all the hot water we j. Steve cooks a great breakfast and beautiful cakes for the tea room. The hosts are full of information of the local area...as to where to go for good food, walks and best place to see the sunset. Lovely place great hosts I would highly recommend Aber house.
