Last minute business trip and struggled to find hotels in the area, of which I am now glad. I booked Bankhead croft as a last resort, however in future it will be my first choice when in the area. Lovely location, lovely people, and so peaceful. Julie went out of her way to ensure my hot tub was steaming hot and that I knew where everything was. The animals around the site are a delight, including the "swans" with their babies. I was embarrassed to be served a breakfast that I didn't know whether to eat or climb, it was huge and sadly I could only make a small dent in it. No hesitation in recommending this location to anyone.
