Nick and Slyvia are the best. We (2 couples) arrived after 7PM on a festival weekday, which meant that the entire town was jamming. Nick kindly made a reservation for us at a local restaurant. The home is magnificent. The landscaping is so serene. The Ulster fry made our tummies happy and our waistlines expand. Nick gave us wonderful suggestions for our upcoming stops in Ireland. So happy to have stayed at the Old Glebe.

Gracious,welcoming and entertaining

Just come back from a great weekend at Old Glebe. The hosts, Nick and Sylvia, were most welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean, warm  and very spacious. Nick and  Sylvia have the B&B hosting down to a fine art, from the welcome drinks to the maps and itineraries and the superb breakfasts. Nick knows he area very well and brings the history to life

Fabulous weekend

I read the reviews before we went 17th-21st July and thought they were too good to be true but know,everything was perfect.The welcoming afternoon tea,breakfasts,the room overlooking the gardens and most of all Nick & Sylvia's welcoming manner and hosting were superb.Nick's local knowledge coupled with snippets of history made our trip and
he also knows the best places to eat and will even book it for you.
We had a great time and even managed a trip to Rathlin Island - well worth a visit.

Old Glebe Tremendous

Excellent B&B in a 1400 m2 mansion with 35 rooms, two of which are reserved for the 2 B&Bs. Large lounges, large stairs, large old-style rooms, etc. But the large bathroom remains separate from the old one! Equipped with the old one too. Nick is charming: very hospitable, constantly willing to provide service (good advice for visiting the area, choosing restaurants at night, etc.).

Very, very nice B&B

Beautiful Georgian house to stay in. High ceilings, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Very clean, spacious room. Great view from window. Sash windows and shutters. Cream scones and tea on arrival. Beautifully cooked breakfast the next morning. Comfy bed and hot powerful shower in bathroom. Our hosts Nick and Sylvia were very friendly and welcoming without being in your face. Enjoyed this stay very much.

Friendliest welcome ever

This home is huge!  About 30,000 square feet.  It was built in the 1700's and is a beautiful place.  The host is very friendly and helpful and is a good source of information about local attractions, restaurants, and interesting but not well traveled roads.  We spent two nights there and had good breakfasts each morning.  It is a bit of a drive from Bushmills and is out in the country.  Our bed was not the most comfortable but the room was large and the home beautiful.  

A Beautiful Large B&B in Northern Ireland

The wonderful homeowners are much more than welcoming and available. They have given us all the secrets of the place and given us excellent advice on how and when to visit the area. The house is very beautiful, well-kept and very clean. The original Ulster fry for breakfast is delicious. Really a wonderful place in a strategic location to visit all the charming northern coast of Ireland.

It's perfect!

Located a few kilometers from Bushmill, it's ideal for visiting the area, it's really beautiful. The house is spectacular: the guest rooms are only two, but the house is huge. To get to the breakfast room or the living room you have to go through two-thirds of the rooms; the second time we went into the room, we got lost... The owners Nick and Silvia are very kind and very hospitable. Very discreet, they compared us when they heard us get out of the room or get in the car.

It would take 6 balls: really unique!!

Yes, hidden because we had a crazy struggle finding this house which on the one hand is not in Bushmills but a few kilometers away and on the other hand, because it is not reported, which the owner refuses to do. This is a Georgian mansion that Nick and his family have been repairing for 17 years, located in a few hectares of park. They have been offering guest rooms recently and it feels a bit. The rooms are very large but furnished somewhat. On our night there was no table with lamp and the bathroom, also very large, was also somewhat equipped. On the other hand, the toilets were plentiful and of very good quality.
