I stayed for 1 night in a wheelchair accessible room with my assistant dog. 
The room was clean and I was very happy with the amenities
The staff were great and went above and beyond to support me. 
I would definitely stay here again and appreciate the help I was given

Enjoyed our stay warm clean room breakfast was brilliant location good 
Outside area was beautiful for walks Kent life next door was a big surprise spent whole day there it was just right place for visiting family 

This is in a convenient but lovely setting.  We found it a great base for visiting family.  The staff were friendly and helpful.  The best Premier in we have stayed in.  We would definitely recommend this for a short stay. 

My wife and I were visiting a relative in Canterbury and wanted a hotel not too far away. We had stayed in the Maidstone area before and had seen this Premier inn on our last visit and really liked its location next to the river. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfasts and evening meals at the Malta inn were excellent.  

We stayed for 1 night as we were attending an event at Kent Life which was right next door and walkable from the hotel. 

There were many of the event guests staying and we were given rooms next to each other which was great. We enjoyed our stay and were also able to take a quick look around Allington Lock on the the river (Medway) before leaving due to the later check out time (12noon) which was a bonus.

As always, the Premier Inn did not disappoint. I always use them for short stays and this one was as good as I expected. Staff, room and food all excellent. Highly recommend. The location is very picturesque, overlooking the river.

We had a lovely peaceful stay. Kind staff. Very friendly, On arrival the receptionist was efficient and completing the checking in smoothly and ensured that I had everything I needed for my stay. I was pleased to see that my room was very clean.

We visit my family alternate months in the year and this is by far the best location for us. Perfect location,great price restaurant in our budget and great food and drink selection . Staff all very helpful. Lovely outlook over the lock

We had a lovely stay at the Premier in Malta Inn. We We there for a birthday party in the Malta inn the hotel room was comfortable warm and very convenient. We had a lovely stay in the room. Nice and warm.we checked in at 3pm. Had a lovely shower before getting ready for the evening. Nice not having to check out till 12.00. 

From the minute we arrived and the lovely Sian welcomed us, we had such a lovely relaxing weekend . The Room as always was spotless and comfortable. The location perfect for riverside walks (even in the rain)  Lovely food in the Malta Inn and a brilliant night's sleep. After 2 nights, felt very rested. great time out..

Stayed here for one night as we had an early crossing on the Channel Tunnel the next day. For an overnight stay it was very good, bed comfortable, room clean, big, lots of space. We did the meal deal so had a 2 course dinner which was good and breakfast the next day. We were the first in the restaurant for breakfast as we had an early departure so all food was freshly cooked and was good. For what we paid £35 for the room and meal deal £27.99 each we thought it good value. Nicely located too just off the M20. One thing they could consider is putting usb plugs in the rooms

Nice 2 night break

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff in the hotel were great. Really helpful, friendly and polite. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the manager at breakfast. Absolutely terrible customer service.The only saving grace were the 2 over worked waitresses whom were polite and apologetic regarding us waiting an hour to be served our breakfast which was stone cold on arrival. The male managers response was "I can get it changed if you want?" ... No apology, just a very bad attitude. A very bad role model and needs to take the lead from the lovely waitresses that were run ragged and actually providing customer service the best they could.

Reception was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Very comfortable bed and a good power shower, the only reason it wasn’t 5 stars as the room and corridor smelt extremely mouldy, this needs to get sorted it was very off putting.
There is no 4G at this hotel but guy on reception did give me a 24hr code to use so my daughter was happy on her iPad.
Dinner at beefeater was good, except the very sticky tables you eat on, they seemed to be short staff for a busy Saturday night. I recommend you book dinner in evening and breakfast was ok, not bad for what you pay!

Brilliant service from start to finish. 

Spoke to Simon on the phone in the morning who was top notch and was able to accommodate my needs. 

Arrived in my room to a lovely personal touch - a hand written note from management team wishing me an enjoyable stay and even a little dairy milk chocolate bar on them. 

I've not had an experience like this in a long time at premier Inn so I thought it was worth praising.
