It was one of the most well looked after properties I have ever stayed in! Breakfast was excellent tooA real treat - thanks very much.

One night stay for work, free parking on drive. Nice reception from Helen. I was in room 1, which had a little fridge in room with fresh milk within. Room had a desk in it to work at, as well as another chair to sit in. Ensuite was good with large shower. TV on wall was okay, bed was comfortable. The breakfast (included in the price I paid) was good, nice plate of fresh fruit on table and I had the cooked breakfast (which was cooked to order). There were other hot choices available was well as cereals and pastries. The only thing this venue is lacking is decent wifi. It is poor and I had to use my work mobile hotspot to join a meeting in the evening.

Wanted an early check in which they happily obliged. Room surprisingly large very clean and bathroom was modern and spotless.

We use this venue regularly to accommodate an instructor for a training course. The proprietors are lovely to deal with and are always very hospitable.

Friendly, immaculate, cosy and excellent breakfast. Easy to walk to the Theatre and town and felt very safe walking back at night.

I wouldn't consider anywhere else in Aylesbury.  Helen is an excellent hostess and rooms are very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at House Forty One. The room was immaculate and well equipped, with tea and coffee, a fridge and an ironing board. The breakfast options were varied, very tasty and ideal in portion size. The hosts were kind and helpful in telling us the best ways to travel around the town.

Easy to find, Helpful and friendly owners. Free parking. Good choice of breakfast. Very good size room and very clean. Small fridge in room with water and milk which was a great idea. Tea/coffee tray with tea pot.Easy walk into town.We would stay again if in the area.

Would give 10 stars if could. The property and rooms are immaculate and every need is catered for. Could not ask for better to be honest. Helen made feel so very welcome and what a superb breakfast. Lots of choice. Wonderfully clean everywhere and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend nor return to this wonderful house. Thank you for a relaxing and extremely comfortable stay.

It's impossible to find any fault with this wonderful place.  Helen and her husband go out of their way to help.  They gave me a packed breakfast as I had to leave early.  The first day's breakfast the 'chef' kindly added in some potatoes with my fry up that were not on the menu.  We would stay here whenever we are in the area again. If I could give more than 10 I would do. I'd also like to add that everything is 5* quality, nothing broken, no cheap furniture or shower gels, excellent throughout.

Fabulous place, impossible to find any faults

Helen was friendly, helpful and laid back. She went out of her way to look out for me in the street when l was in difficulty looking for the house.I love the ambiance of the house. The bed was comfortable, the house was clean and tidy. The shower room has two shower heads.The breakfast menu has a wide of range of choices. I will stay there again next time I’m in Aylesbury.

We couldn't fault our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Our room was very well equipped from a mini fridge for the fresh milk provided, to a sewing kit in a drawer. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety of cooked options were available along with the cereals, fruit and yogurts on offer. The property was also in easy walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accommodation, highly recommended

Nice accommodation, very clean and with amazing breakfast. However, just be cautious when looking for property for the first time as it’s a house (number 41) turned into BnB. Bathroom were nicely clean and spacious.However, the mattress was not easy to sleep on and probably would be better off replaced.

May opt to stay just for amazing breakfast

The stay was excellent, really clean throughout and with those small extra touches that mean a lot such as a teapot, fresh milk in the fridge, bottles of water also in the fridge, as it was very warm weather there was already a fan in the room. The breakfast was really good with excellent choice. Thank you, Helen.

A wonderful place to stay.

This place was and is, absolutely amazing. Nothing lacking with loads of extras. Attention to detail in the rooms and attention to the customer being 2nd to none. I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding locally and the weather got progressively hotter throughout the day. On returning to 41 King Edward Avenue I found a fan had thoughtfully been placed in my room. There was a small bottle of fresh milk in the rooms mini fridge ready for me. The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was a small but perfectly formed space offering a huge shower with both overhead waterfall and handheld shower heads. The parking on the off street drive a another bonus. The host, Helen, was great nothing being any trouble and wanting your stay to be a good one. Thank you Helen you made my stay extremely pleasurable, here's to next time.

Stunning!

From the friendly welcome when we arrived to the fantastic cooked breakfast, everything about House 41 was wonderful. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the back garden and we made the most of the tea and coffee making facilities in our room too. Thank you for a great experience we will certainly come here again next time we visit Aylesbury.

I cannot say enough superlative things about House 41!  It is in a quiet picturesque neighborhood in charming Ayelsbury.  It is a beautiful house full of gorgeous wooden accents.  The bedroom I stayed in (#2 I believe) was charming and the bed was very comfortable.  The room is not large but it was large enough for me.  Fixings for tea and coffee were provided (and delicious).  The bathroom was large and wonderful.  Proprietor “Helen” provides a limited complimentary breakfast menu (4 options if I recall correctly) and I was able to sample two of her breakfast offerings.  They were absolutely delicious.  I found myself wanting to stay an extra day just to sample breakfast #3!  Honestly, Helen does not charge enough for House 41.  This place is an incredible bargain.  I hope I end up visiting the Ayelsbury area again someday just so I can revisit House 41.  6 stars out of 5!  FYI…I was unable to book any rides through Uber (Lyft does not operate here), so if you’re a rideshare aficionado, you’ll be out of luck here but Helen provides the phone numbers for two local taxi companies and I never had trouble getting a ride in 5-7 minutes.
