Came for a couple of nights for a family party locally, needing three bedrooms. Sue was very flexible and hospitable, with toys brought out to entertain our two youngsters, extra mattress for a little one, and the run of the lounge throughout our stay. She accommodated late arrivals, helped with parking, managed breakfast for us when we all descended together - all without any hassle or hint of grumble! Lovely fresh fruit salad to start our breakfasts and nicely cooked "English" to follow, extra coffee when needed. We knew about the steep stairs but we all (kids included) managed easily. Can't fault anything and will keep our fingers crossed that she has spaces when we next need a stay in Alsager!
