Reception was helpfull when i was struggling with wifi he sorted out the problem.Rooms are clean and fresh smelling ,bars are open for drink good price and breakfast are delicious.I will be visiting here again for coming days with my family .

Great work

We had an enjoyable night here in Aldershot welcoming environment from reception with smile and helpful with the aldershot town.Very good price for the room and worth the stay.Breakfast is delicious and very fresh.Free carpark no payment for parking taken.

Excellent service

I would like to thanks to reception  boy who made our stay one of a best stay .I couldn't meet him while checking out but he was great with his customer service and welcoming guest.The rooms ŵere clean quiet and comfortable.Rate it 10 out of 10 for aldershot.

These staffs work really hard here always on duty when I see them .rooms are big enough for 2 people in double room .Dinner was okay and everything Vinod was very polite and helpful with me .I would love to stay here again in Aldershot I’m coming days.

Superb

We had a beautiful stay here in aldershot very nearest to the town and train station from this Travelodge .Rooms are clean new carpet as well fresh clean towels.Service from reception was very good we had problem with heater they fixed as soon as we made a complain.

Fresh clean rooms

The check in was hassle free and very friendly. The room was very  clean and comfortable, had a very good nights sleep and also when i told the receptionist one of my  light was faulty it was dealt with very quickly.  Would definitely come back again.

1 night stay

Sadly my stay at this hotel was not a pleasant one.  When I arrived there was no one at reception, despite a number of people waiting and it took a good 15 minutes for a member of staff to arrive. I was told that because I had luggage, I would need to have a ground floor. I found my room and bathroom very dirty with cobwebs, muddy carpet, stains on the walls, sticky desk and the toilet wasn't properly clean.  I didn't sleep well due to lumpy pillows and I had to use ear plugs  because of the noise outside the hotel (groups of people from the local pubs shouting/swearing and talking loudly).

Full of people just been let out of prison and the local crackheads 
Had are door kicked in at 4am while security was sleeping in reception, do not recommend the aldershot travel lodge at all unless you fancy seeing the past Jeremy Kyle guests 

Don’t not stay here

Receptionist very welcoming and explaining everything we ask , didn’t rush us for next customers. Hotel is clean and no issues inside room. Location is good and near shops , supermarket, petrol station . Free parking provided

NOT SUITABLE FOR THE DISABLED, THE CARPARK IS A 10MIN WALK FROM THE HOTEL IN A UNDERGROUND CARPARK WE HAD TO UNLOAD OUR CAR OUT THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL BOOK IN REGISTER OUR CAR ON A SIGNING-IN TABLET ON THE DESK THEN GO ANFD PARK THE CAR, WE HAD FOOD IN THE HOTEL THE FIRST NIGHT MY HUSBAND HAD A PIZZA WHICH TASTED  AND LOOKED LIKE A  CARDBOARD CUTOUT, SO AFTER THAT WE ATE AT THE WETHERSPOONS JUST AROUND THE CORNER,  I SUPPOSE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WHICH WAS CHEAP...
