Should be called the Cozy-ville House with how comfortable, warm, and inviting this B&B was. Beautiful rooms and super comfortable beds. Had all the amenities you could want - lounge space with a fireplace, clean pretty bathroom, tea kettle in the room, lots of outlets, wifi, and lovely views surrounding the B&B. The location couldn't be more perfect - 10 minutes from the town of Aberfeldy and 10 minutes from Loch Tay/Taymouth Castle in Kenmore and 15 min from the munro Schiehallion. What more could you ask for!

Stayed in this B&B with friends for Hogmanay. Fantastic location close to some excellent walking routes, comfortable beds in a beautifully decorated room, great amenities including many board games and movies and a log fire! Amazing owners, including Milo the cat, who look after your every need and ensure you have the best stay possibly. If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further!

Really lovely stay in this adorable guest house! The room was nice and cosy, with plenty of storage and the most heavenly bed. The communal areas are really spacious and came with loads of movies and games. The surrounding highlands are obviously stunning. Milo (the cat) was also a highlight. Definitely would stay again!

This is a gorgeous B&B with a real cosy feel. I stayed in room 2; it was beautifully decorated with lots of storage, and nice touches such as a spare space heater. The room has an en-suite and the shower has fantastic pressure. There were a lot of communal spaces to relax in, as well as a comfortable chair in the room. I would highly recommend staying here for a nice break in nature.

Managed to book the property with several of my friends for Hogmanay. A true delightful property with amazing owners who take extra care of all of their guests. 

The place is surrounded by pristine Scottish countryside and it’s Munros practically on the doorstep.

Overall a delightful visit.

Lovely big comfy bed, loads of towels(one small point could do with a rail in bathroom to hang towels on) home made cake each day, good selection of drinks on hospitality tray. A lovely big lounge for guests to use with loads of books, maps etc. We had a very big balcony but weather wasn’t nice enough to really use it.

We have just come back from the most brilliant night's stay at Coshieville. We had been to the hotbox sauna at Taymouth Marina (also highly recommended!) during the day and came back to the guesthouse where we used the kitchen to make ourselves food. Kathy and Ian had the fire going and a selection of the right glasses for our different drinks out in the living room and moved a table so that we could have a lovely cosy evening. Ian popped into check whether we needed anything every so often, invited us peruse their excellent music selection and we felt so relaxed and looked after. Bedrooms were great- cosy duvets, hot showers, cake and tea/coffee, all scrupulously clean - and the breakfast- well that needs a whole other review! it was delicious! We were looking for something a bit different to celebrate our sisters 50th birthday and this was just the perfect night away for all 4 sisters to catch up, and have a really special night away. The kitchen is a brilliant touch. Also dog friendly, bike friendly and walker friendly! packed lunches can also be provided- we'll definitely be back.

A complete delight! Coshieville House has combined the best features of a hotel and self catering accommodation; lovely rooms, excellent breakfast and a kitchen for guests to use and prepare their own food if they want. We asked for a room with a balcony and in the middle of October we were able to sit out and enjoy late evening sunshine with a glass of wine! The Guest house is set in beautiful countryside and is close to some of the best walks in Scotland....Glen Lyon is hard to beat! Perfect hosts, great value, 10 out of 10 for everything. Coshieville House sets a standard many hotels fail to achieve.

Honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more lovely guest house.
Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable.

Found Coshieville by accident, a great find and will be back!

We were very worried we weren’t going to be able to keep our ebikes in a secure sheltered(it was raining) place, fortunately the husband came to the rescue and the bikes were safely stored.
The husband was so incredibly helpful and the bedroom and bed were very very comfortable and the balcony a bonus
We pre orders a medium lasagne each for £5.85 only to find a 23% increase pp to £7.20 with no prior notice and no apology
Top tip the lasagne would feed 2/3 people so order the SMALLor a medium to share  as ours was xlarge or go  to the wonderful deli in Kenmore and BYO
