A very enjoyable overnight stay with friends, perfect to relax and enjoy party food, some mulled wine then out later.  Such a comfortable and warm flat with balcony, beautiful view over city and sea and great safe underground parking too. Flat very clean and homely and had everything required, even the christmas tree!  Cereals, juice, milk and bread for breakfast and great power shower.  would definitely come back and many thanks to Kathleen for helping me with my booking and the lovely cleaning team who welcomed us as we arrived.  Same time next year but hopefully before then too!!

Great value for money, excellent personal service. Our apartment was located at the beach, ideally located for access to the city. The apartment was very modern in decor and furnishing, very relaxing and comfortable. We had access to digital tv and had broadband. Overall a very comfortable stay.

I have recently returned from a trip to Aberdeen. I found the accomodation was neat and tidy upon arrival. As an added bonus we had undercover car parking available which was great as we rented a car during our stay. Although we didn't use many of the cooking facilities available, everything you could possibly need for a short stay was provided. The breakfast hamper offered a great range of cereal and there was enough milk and juice provided to get you through the first couple of days at least.

We stayed in the Hammerman apartments in February.  It was beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with food/drink/tea/coffee/sugar and continental breakfast including cereals and porridge.  A few biscuits etc.  The apartment had a balcony which was lovely.  Secure parking which was a real bonus as we had our two children with us.  The bed was very comfortable.  The area was lovely and quiet.  The whole building had a lovely clean smell.  It seemed to be in a perfect location for getting around by car.  The children loved the apartment.  There were two single beds in the second room and it had two bathrooms.  (One en-suite)  I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back again myself.  I would like to add that the staff were very friendly and informative via email communication.

I stayed here while working on a project and I loved it.  Was actually sad to leave.
There were some initial teething problems but these were sorted out pretty quickly and to my satisfaction.

My apartment was a proper flat complete with all things you would expect to find, such as a dishwasher, hoover, washer/dryer.  It was not a studio or a room with a kitchenette.

There were some lovely little touches too that are worth a mention.  You get a cleaner once a week who leaves you with bread and milk for the week, and replenishes the tea, coffee, breakfast cereals, biscuits, jam, butter. dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets.  Yes, all this is thrown in the price!  You even get a free bottle of wine when you first arrive.

There is free underground parking and as we had a hire car for the 5 weeks this was idea for us.

The apartment was clean and smelled lovely.  It had a balcony that you can sit on, and take in the lovely Scottish air (when it's not raining!).  The neighbourhood is very quiet and very residential - you really feel at home.

There is free wi-fi, but I'm not sure how this worked - as there was always someone casting on my allocated wi-fi which was annoying.

With regards to the local area - the Hilton Fish and Chip shop do the the best fish and chips, and there is a huge Sainsbury's about a 5 mins drive form the property.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

Excellent, clean, secure parking, beautifully decorated, quality aparments!

Modern, clean and central.

First off you can see that I rated these apartments Terrible. The apartments however are quite nice the experience however is far from nice. Its actually so bad I was tempted to move to a hotel instead of staying here a 2nd night.

So the good, the apartment block itself is in a nice residential area, not to far from both the airport and the city center, there is free parking on site and checking in was relatively painless, Text message with door codes and key box code.

The bad? couple of bad points. First the residents in the flat next door are an absolute nightmare. Be prepared for kids kicking the ball in the landing area during the day. Then the noise (Music, squealing, whistling, banging) goes on and on at night. The flat also isn't cleaned to a high standard, the dish towel for example has a horrible greasy feel and smell to it. Dishes were not overly clean.

Now for the ugly, Cockroaches the place has a cockroach problem, during the night I captured and killed at least 10 of the little critters including ones in my shoes. The infestation wasn't confined to one area had them in the Hall, Kitchen sink, Bathroom.

I did message Parkhill asking for bait traps to be laid, I go no response. If they actually cared about the customers and replied and acted the rating may have been higher. But any place with a roach problem is never going to get a high rating

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Me and friend stayed there and found cockroaches. Obviously tried to contact  responsible person but with no response.  Bad reviews must be right as its jot a forst time when people staing there were same ignored. They are looking for money. Avoid
